- Angela (10/5): Lovely stay! We would return! - We loved our time at the Knightsbridge house and would love to return in the future, if life permits. As a family of 5, we were very comfortable and the beds were luxurious. The custom built closets and cabinetry were gorgeous and allowed us to live very comfortably during our vacation here. The location was phenomenal and we were tucked away and private, yet very close to Harrods, Chelsea, and other amenities as well as a tube station. We felt very safe in this area of London and the surrounding areas were very clean. We walked or utilized Uber XL or Black cabs or the tube from this area, and it was very easy. Nothing! It was truly a remarkable place and we felt fortunate to experience London from this location.

The property had everything we needed and any requests were met with an easy can-do attitude. Great heating, great hot water pressure as we visited during December. We made use of the full size washer and dryer facilities. So close to key sites and attractions in the nicest part of London, close to Harrods, the tube, buses, supermarkets, and restaurants. This property was immaculate and has been fitted out with the utmost superior joinery and amenities providing us with everything we needed for a very comfortable week's stay for our family of 5. The property and the team exceeded our expectations and we will surely come again. N/A Everything was exceptional!

We only had small niggles like the Virgin TV didn’t work and I reported it a few times with no resolve. There’s no ‘normal’ TV so you have to mess about finding things on apps. The hot water stopped working but they fixed that within hours.

The home is in a small gated community just a stone's throw from Harrods. The neighborhood was safe and I loved the added security (only residents can drive in). So cute and clean. Everything was spotless with lots of extra, thoughtful details. The communication was fantastic. Someone met us on arrival to show us the house and hand over the keys. The home is very high tech and had more features than we could ever need. Within easy walking distance is Harrods and lots of other great shopping, Hyde Park, Chelsea, Buckingham Palace, coffee and misc stores. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we come to London.

It's simply a luxury house with all the facilities included that the family need. Also it is higher electric technology make you feel like you are in a 10 star hotel. I like the manager Paloma, she is so friendly and helpful, and made my life easy by the simple check-in. All the small details in the bathroom and the kitchen is available exactly like hotels. The location of the house is perfect, simply next to Harrods and the cafes. There is a free parking in front of the house and this made us feel comfortable. no thing
