• Dubravka (9/5): Top location and wonderful host. The building is charming and beautiful for our taste - Luca is a wonderful, he was very useful and kind. Apartment is on top location, close to Via Toledo, in a charming quart. We love it! The building is beautiful, it is a palace with charm with the little elevator which is wonderful, our son loved it very much! If you are looking for top location, you will be satisfied. Maybe to work on some little things in apartment in the kitchen, and bathroom, and change the extra bed which is comfortable but not super stabile. But we were very satisfied with location and charming terrace on the top with crazy stairs, we loved it. We will definetely recommend this place for our friends.

• Susanne (2/5): Lage sehr gut, Wohnung sauber, Ausstattung der Küche sehr schlecht, nicht zum Kochen geeignet. - Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut und Luca war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit dem Koffer. Die Ausstattung war sehr schlecht. Es gab keine Weingläser, keine Pfanne, keine Salatschüssel, kein Schneidbrett usw. Die Espressomaschine war für eine Person und innen schimmlig. Sonst gab es keine Möglichkeit zum Kaffee kochen oder Tee kochen. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war repariert und sehr wackelig. Für das dritte Bett musste man den Küchentisch auf die Seite rücken, dann konnte man aber nicht mehr am Tisch sitzen. Der Aufzug ist nur für schlanke Personen geeignet. Ohne Aufzug sind es ca. 104 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat Fenster, aber ohne Aussicht. Wer ausschließlich auf die sehr zentrale Lage Wert legt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

• Jesmond (7/5): Central apartment - The property is in the heart of Naples And just near Toledo metro station As I said a very central small apartment, for a couple of days it’s ok, but don’t expect luxury just a small bathroom, a simple kitchen and a bedroom, but the location says it all,

• Giovanni Raffaele (6/5): Posizione strategia per il centro di Napoli, ma da sistemare alcuni aspetti della struttura - Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare il centro di Napoli, dai quartieri Spagnoli a Spaccanapoli, Piazza del Plebiscito, Via Toledo, Chiaia. Tutto a qualche centinaio di metri (Chiaia a circa 1,5 km. Comoda anche la fermata del metrò di Via Toledo per andare in altre parti di Napoli. La conduzione dell'alloggio andrebbe migliorata. Il portone di ingresso al palazzo (peraltro palazzo storico Trabucco molto bello e caratteristico) ha una serratura difficoltosa da aprire e mette ansia quando si deve rientrare in quanto bisogna lavorarci molto per aprirla. La cucina è quasi priva di pentolame (nessuna padella e 2-3 pentole solo). Abbiamo trovato il letto matrimoniale con un lenzuolo da sopra ad una piazza anzichè due, quindi l'host dovrebbe curare un pò di più questi particolari per rendere la location più vivibile almeno a livello del posto in cui si trova.

• MARCELLO (8/5): Bel soggiorno in zona ben servita! - Posizione molto centrale, vicino alla fermata della metro. Assenza del box doccia che c’era nelle foto, sostituito con una tenda messa alla meno peggio e che non proteggeva bene l’acqua. L’ascensore non arriva al 4 piano, ma al terzo. Per pochi giorni comunque ci si adatta lo stesso!
• Gramsch (4/5): Zum Glück nur drei Tage. - Die Lage war sehr gut, und es gab einen Fahrstuhl. Keinen Toaster, Kaffeemaschine war undicht. Zu wenig warmes Wasser, einen schlechten Duschvorhang, dadurch Wasser auf dem Boden. Zugang zur Dachterasse zugestellt. Fahrstuhl fährt nicht bis zur obersten Etage. Kein Tageslicht durch die Fenster. Grundsätzlich ist die Einrichtung alt, zusammengewürfelt und miserabel eingebaut.

• Harsanyova (5/5): - Skvelá lokalita, metro bolo vzdialené pár metrov, blízko centra. Domáci bol naozaj veľmi milý a ústretový, privítal nás pri príchode, dal nám mapku,pomohol zorientovať sa. Veľkým mínusom bol matrac ,ktorý bol vo veľmi zlom stave,kompletne preležaný s dierou v strede. Výhľad z okna bol do vetracie šachty, čo pôsobilo veľmi stiesnene a ocenila by som ,keby to viem vopred. Terasa bola bez osvetlenia a ťažko prístupná, dalo sa tam dostať len vez veľmi strmé schodisko.

• Naser (10/5): Unforgettable stay! Book it while its available. - I’ll start from the location which was perfect! The flat is right on via Toledo where you can find all the shops, wonderful street. The check in went smoothly, Giorgio waited for us, helped us with the luggage and explained everything on the map, and gave us great recommendations! The flat was so beautiful, in a charming building. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything, the flat was clean and tidy. If you’re staying in Napoli you should definitely book this flat.
• Kamil (10/5): The best places. - The best possible location. Everywhere very close to the subway, the port. An apartment in a beautiful and old tenement house. Clean, efficient air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. Luca is a great host and always ready to help. The terrace where you can sit and admire the volcano is great. Loud at night.

• Erna (9/5): Location, Efficient and Friendly Management - This property has two good size rooms, a large area bathroom and a great sized roof top shared terrace looking over the city of Naples. The location was close to a lot of tasty restaurants and Italian shops and a nice walk to the ferry that takes you to Capri. It is right beside a wonderful chocolate shop which filled the street with sweet smelling goodness when it’s doors were open. Best of all was the help of Luca…any questions you had, any help you needed, just send him a text - he always seemed available. The small elevator reached the 3rd floor and was efficient and with its glass walls, you could watch as you passed the old but still useable stairs. We were very glad there was a washing machine at our disposal in the unit with supplies…a quick Google search and we found instructions on how to use. We had a bit of an issue finding it the first day as it was at a darker time of day but looking back, concentrating on where the house number is, the picture of the closed dark green door or the courtyard if the doors are open, and now your knowing it is beside “La Dolcezza degli Dei” chocolate shop, it is in a relatively easy spot to find close to the main road (though we never heard any noise from that). The apartment would have been very dark at night and more so in the winter months, but Luca had a couple of nightlight/air fresheners in the unit to help guide you after hours - thank you. If one decides to use the stairs all the way up to the apartment, it is amazing how far it feels between floors of this old, beautiful building…a sight to see is to stop at any level and look into the open and quiet courtyard for the truly authentic Italian architecture.
