Nuisances sonores jusqu’à 3 ou 4 h du matin remontant dans l’appartement. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas bon par rapport à ce point
• Matthias (10/5): Magnifique appartement très bien situé. Simplement parfait. - Notre séjour au Bellini Inn était merveilleux! Les petites attentions de Roberta nous ont fait très plaisir. Par ailleurs, l’appartement et super bien placé, propre, bien équipé et simplement parfait pour partir à la découverte de Naples !
• Eric (10/5): - Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement luxueux. Spacieux, confortable, bien décoré et impeccablement propre. L'emplacement est idéal, à côté de la piazza Dante et de son métro et du musée archéologique. Quartier animé, très sûr, très typique. Et en plus, il y a une station de taxis juste en bas. Quant à l'accueil de Roberta, il restera pour nous mémorable. Rien. Nous avions seulement envie de rester plus longtemps.

Roberta is a fantastic host she made us feel so welcome and was very kind to us during our stay. • Othello (7/5): Good - Everything was perfect but there is a night bar right below the windows and we had to buy some ear plugs. If you go to bed before 1am chose another place.
• Sarah (8/5): Beautiful apartment in central location with wonderful host - The host of this property really is wonderful - she made a lot of effort with lots of extra nice touches to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to many restaurants and sights and you feel safe as there is a secure external entrance and internal entrance. The apartment is also beautifully decorated and the towels were the nicest softest towels I have ever used! The high ceilings make it feel nice and spacious inside and the kitchen has all the essentials that you might need to be self sufficient. The bed was quite hard and there was only one spare pillow without a pillow case. Unfortunately the noise in the area is a challenge - ear plugs are essential. We had a few challenges with the Wifi, but the host helped us quickly to fix.

• Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - This big apartment has a great location, close to the main attractions and a lot of nice restaurants, bars and cafés. The interior is stylish and we felt very comfortable. Roberta was very welcoming and even surprised us with a welcoming gift (prosecco, taralli and napoletanean sweets). We really enjoyed our stay! Nothing.
• Nazar (10/5): Exceptional - It was our second time at In Primo Piano this year. And both times it was a great experience. We were greeted by Roberta, a mega friendly host who always gives good advices and stays in touch during the whole stay. The appartment itself is clean, beautifully designed, has a nice view from the balcony. In the kitchen there are coffe and snacks. All the main attractions in the city center are reachable by foot in max. 20 min. Besides there are few excelent restaurants along via Vincenzo Bellini as well as via Conte di Ruvo. Please be aware that every street in the Naples city center is quite noisy at night, so don't forget to take the ear plugs - they are really helpful :) Book your stay and enjoy one of the most beautiful and lively cities in the world alongside with one of the most comfortable apartments it can offer.

We would stay again here! - -> more than enough space for two people -> great location, exactly in the city center, near the archeological museum and the dante metro station -> the hosts was super nice -> the apartment was clean and we had everything that needed for our short stay. I think it would be also suitable for longer stays -> the sound from the surrounding bars can be heard in the evening & night. We slept well anyway, even though i'm a light sleeper

• Dalia (10/5): Absolutely brilliant - The apartment was brilliant for our trip to Napoli. The place is in a perfect location, the neighbourhood outside the apartment had a lot of life, next to the Centro Storico but without its hustle and bustle, very easy to get around, close to many tourist attractions. A short walk from pasticcerias, restaurants and bars, a supermarket. It’s also right next to the taxi stop and the metro. Inn Primo Piano is very stylish, clean, comfy beds and has everything you need. Marco (the owner) is the most thoughtful and went way beyond to make our stay in Napoli comfortable and memorable. He was very helpful since the beginning and available whenever I had any questions (e.g. on delayed arrival late in the evening he greeted us with wine, snacks, offered to order a pizza. We preffered to go out, so we suggested a place very close :)). The fridge was stocked with yogurts, juices, water, tonic, milk (even a pack without lactose). There were teas and coffee in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, safe, umbrellas etc. It would take too long to list all the things Marco thought about to make one’s stay comfortable and relaxed. I am glad I did not choose Centro Storico or Santa Lucia for my stay. Totally recommend Inn Primo piano apartment and I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

• Jess (10/5): A beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment in a lively area of Napoli! - I can’t say enough good things about staying at this property - I highly recommend you stay here while in Napoli! The owner welcomed us via WhatsApp and provided a small tour of the place so we knew where everything was. There was a welcome snack waiting and a large bottle of cold water in the fridge. It was as pristine as the photos - tastefully decorated and absolutely spotless clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the ambience of the place. The location was ideal in a historic building in a lively neighbourhood surrounded by bars and restaurants. Thanks for making our first stay in Italy so pleasant! This property was a 10/10 - no complaints!
• Belinda (9/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment near Centro Storico and Dante - Instead of a room, you got an apartment so it was really spacious. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was available but we didn't use it. Many sofas/chairs in the room so it is definitely recommended for more than 2 people. Free big bottle of water and some snacks on arrival. It was quite soundproof despite the location. Location is very nearby Dante metro. Because the host does not stay in the location, it was not easy to store luggage before check-in or after check-out but it is very minor. Other than that no complaints.

Comfort - huge big, comfortable bed, lovely clean apartment, everything you could want for a fantastic stay. Hosting - as other reviewers have said, Marco is the best host ever! So kind and thoughtful and contactable at a moments notice. Absolutely loved our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat!! Nothing. It was lovely.

The apartment is really stylish, comfortable and surprisingly large. Marco could not have been more welcoming and accomodating. He went out of this way to allow us to leave our bags early nothing

• Oksana (9/5): A very stylish apartment in the center of Naples - The location is probably the best to explore the city, since it is a stone’s throw to all the major attractions, as well as shops and boutiques. The area is well lit and it felt absolutely safe at night. It was also relatively quiet. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs. Moka Pot and supply of coffee added to the Italian feeling, while an unexpected supply of beautiful candles made the place extra cosy, especially on a rainy day. We enjoyed spending time in the living room with its small balcony and a nice view over the neighboring street. The host was extremely nice and attentive. The internet apps on smart TV were not working, although the wi-fi signal was strong.

The place is brilliantly located - if you want to visit Naples, feel its atmosphere. Everything is close. We were with a two-year-old son. We felt well looked after and safe.
• Maria (10/5): einzigartiger und stilvoller Aufenthalt im Herzen Napoli’s - Marco was such a Lovely host, handsome, accommodating and super friendly. he waited for us even when we arrived very late at night. he helped us a lot with the luggage, brought us to a parking space and prepared an amazing little aperitivo for us. his apartment was very unique, there was so much ambiente and lovely arranged furniture. we really loved it and recommend it !!
