• Oleksii (10/5): Отличное место, хороший интернет, спокойствие и виды из окна. - Несмотря на то, что это не самый центр, место отличное, тихо, спокойно, близко к природе. В Дилижане очень дешевле такси, так, что вопрос транспортной доступности до цента решается за минуты. Очень приятные и гостеприимные хозяева, отлично знают английский. Есть сад, шикарные виды на горы. Отличный интернет в доме. Во дворе растет фундук, орехи можно есть прямо с дерева. В доме все необходимое: посуда, мыло, гель для душа и шампунь. Все понравилось, все на хорошем европейском уровне. Каких-то существенных недостатков обнаружено не было. Можно сказать, что все идеально, особенно учитывая стоимость. Безусловно в Дилижане есть более роскошные варианты размещения, но по соотношению цены и качества, это место - ТОП!

I had a wonderful stay in this charming rustic house in the heart of Dilijan. The property offers a true local experience — cozy, authentic, and full of character. The location is perfect, right in the center - it was super easy to explore the town. The rental includes an entire floor of the house with its own private bathroom, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. The host, Hripsime, is a friendly lady who made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. She even offers delicious home-cooked meals for a very nominal fee — a real local experience.
• Guest (10/5): It’s a kind of hospitality you’ll remember long after you leave. - My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our time in this rustic spot in Dilijan. We were staying in a real local home rather than a generic rental, which made the whole trip more special. The location is right in the center. We had a whole floor to ourselves, complete with our own kitchen and bathroom, so it was super private and comfortable. The host is such a sweet lady — welcoming, easy to talk to, and genuinely caring. She even offered to cook for us, and for such a small price, the food was fresh and homemade.

The best escape home away from Yerevan heat. - Excellent location, took us 20 minutes to get to Parz Lich Zipline and Park, 30 minutes to Jukhtakavank Monastery hike. The owner is nice and friendly, house and beds were very clean. Relaxing and quiet environment- best spot to turn on all devices and ready your favorite books.
• Maasir (10/5): Perfect home - The interior was extremely clean and there were more than sufficient supplies inside for literally everything, cooking, washing, Tv etc Beds were also quite comfortable with additional blankets if we needed to keep us warm Everything was perfectly working, the stove, fridge etc The staff were a lovely family , one of the most polite people we ever met and very helpful The view is also quite good

• Stephen (6/5): Good view but not modern place. - Very good location for views. Host prepared a bottle of wine and some sweets since it was new year's eve. Very nice gesture. Really appreciated. Bedrooms can be a turn off for some people since it not modern and not that comfortable.

They also have very cute area in the garden where you can have a breakfast, or during the evening romantic drinks and tea. The hosts also offered us some tea from so called "Samovar" which was very cool.

The place had everything we needed, including ample parking, and its location was conveniently close to the city. The owner and her family were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation for families or groups of 6 to 8 people. all ok
