André (3/5): Poor - Pros: the beds were good Cons: no curtains on the ground floor, only net curtains which offer little privacy; no free parking. Personal: the property is managed by Huswell. The information they provide is however incorrect. We specifically choose this apartment because of the free parking that was (and still is) advertised on booking.com. When we booked the apartment we got a message from Huswell directing us to their personalized Guest Portal. The Portal showed a movie on how to access the private garage. So we were under the impression that there was a private garage we could use. On the day of arrival that movie was no longer available. There was however free parking in the streets near the apartment. So we parked our car there on the day of arrival. The next day we discovered that there was no free parking in the streets, only paid parking. We called the help desk of Huswell to get help and clarification. It turned out that the help desk is located in a remote country which could offer no help. The Guest Portal also contained other information that did not relate to this property but to other properties, which is not only confusing but also misleading. Two weeks after our stay we got a parking fine from Oostende-AG Mobil of 40 euros. Bookin.com submitted the fine to Huswell asking them to reimburse us but they did not respond to that request. At the end Booking.com decided to reimburse us themselves. Our conclusion: we will not rent any property that is managed by Huswell since they are untrustworthy and unreliable.
Steve (6/5): stay was ok - property is Ok Beds are comfortable Bathroom and Toilet set up no toilet in ensuite we had to clean main floor when we got there it is a managed appartment
