Tentei inúmeras vezes resolver com os funcionários, mas acabei indo embora um dia antes. Solicitei um reembolso parcial, pois além de não poder ter usado a piscina (atrativo principal), fui embora 1 dia antes. A empresa que cuida do espaço disse que eu teria que reclamar com o booking, que tbm, não responde. Então, férias frustradas!
