Guest Reviews
- Josh (3/5): Poor stay in a good location - Great location. Plenty of space for 5 or 6 guests. Balcony was a great escape from the heat of the house as there is no ceiling fans or air conditioning. Not one to leave reviews often however this one was needed.
Linen not provided and was not advised until I called after hours on our first night. Had to sleep on the lounge after travelling from Queensland that day. Linen pack was $30-$40 per bed. For the price of the property and considering the below points it should have been provided.
No ceiling fans
No air conditioning
Dishwasher didn't work
Cutlery, utensils and plates weren't clean
Ensuite exhaust fan rattles
Lighting above dining table not working
Hole in laundry wall from door handle
Undies and dryer lint left in laundry cupboard from previous guests
Multiple cracked tiles lifting. One guest cut foot on tile
- Kathryn (8/5): We had an awesome time and would definitely stay there again. - The property is in a beautiful setting. We travelled with friends and the internal layout was great and offered plenty of space to socialise without crowding each other. It was a very comfortable place to stay. I didn't like that the linen was not provided. This is only a small issue but I find it annoying to have to take sheets, towels, etc, when you're travelling. I know you can hire them however, this is an extra cost that is not required if you stay at a motel or the majority of other properties.
- Ruth (8/5): Very good -
- Wilma (6/5): I have said all I need to say, and would appreciate some feedback from someone in this regard with some money refunded f - Property was in a great location and it was nice to stay in overall. It wasn’t what was advertised, firstly, it didn’t say it was tri-level with open stairs and having a toddler in the house, we had to be very careful with her around the stairs. Secondly, we didn’t find out until we arrived there, that we couldn’t use the shower in the ensuite. There was a big sign on the shower telling us not to use it. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo of it, so have no proof. Which is very annoying now because I have put in a complaint by text message and in person to staff at Pacific Coast Property Network in Forster and to date have not received any response, When they said they would get back in touch once they spoke to owner. Thirdly, there was no heating except for a couple of portable heaters. I am particularly annoyed about these issues because I paid full price and had no prior notice of the fact that we had limitations on what we could use, and nobody has been in touch with me about these issues. Basically, I have been ignored.
- Glenn (2/5): Very poor -
- Jaxon (7/5): Great little spot to stay for a few days - Short walk to the beach.
The outdoor decking was exactly what we needed Cornice in the kitchen did fall off, some of the others looked a bit dodgy aswell.
kitchen utensils could have been a bit cleaner too
