Jeaneece (6/5): Apart from sleep shortage we enjoyed our stay. - Location and views were excellent. We could easily travel to the clubs we were playing at. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for four people Not very clean, we had to wipe surfaces before we used them. Smoke alarm kept beeping through the first 2 nights. Reported it but no one came to fix it so we removed the battery ourselves. Finally got some sleep on the 3rd night. Lots of spiders,webs n cockroaches. Needs a good clean !
Jessica (4/5): Location beautiful but it was undeniably not worth the amount of money due to the cleanliness of the home. - View and location were stunning The residence was filthy. Spiders and cobwebs in almost every corner of the house. Toilet seat in downstairs ensuite had dirt on it. No doona covers on any of the doonas; just a sheet laid over the top. Couldn’t use the bbq as it was absolutely filthy. Piles and piles of leaves in the backyard; to the point where we couldn’t utilise the backyard space. Mounds of dust underneath the couches and couch cushions. I uploaded photos of what I could and was clearly visible
Janice (9/5): Lovely and relaxing, we could not have asked for a nicer place. - Beside the small problem with the key we could not have been happier. Very modern with plead facilities, great showers, comfortable beds, fabulous view, well positioned, clean and airy with loads of room . Wonderful service by real estate to locate several items left behind and posting the items back that same day . Just perfect service. Very confusing. Emails said to pick up key from 18 Wallis Street, where we went , only to be told the key was at the house. Then the code I was sent did not work so we had to ring the Real Estate to get a new code . Very frustrating

David (3/5): A more accurate description and better maintenance of property would be appreciated - Beautiful ocean views The main disappointment was the 14 step Staircase to get from the front door up to the living area This did not show up in the pictures and was certainly not mentioned in the advertising It created severe difficulties for one of our guests who has limited Mobility I feel like this was a misrepresentation by your agency Also there were a number of problems with the infrastructure Floor grate in main bathroom upstairs was blocked Ceiling exhaust fan was clogged up and appeared to desperately need cleaning TV ceased working on the first night and nothing we could do was successful in getting it operational again. It appeared to be a hardware problem If the programming operation is so complicated surely there should have been detailed instructions Rubbish bin outside was overflowing with garbage and maggots crawling everywhere
