• Denise (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and very highly recommend this property. - The property was very well maintained and presented. Smooth process and very easy to follow. Property is quite centrally located and quick access to local necessities. None.
• Goundar (9/5): - House was very clean and spacious. Kitchen had all the cooking facilities. Backyard was nice and big. Beds were very comfortable. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

• Robert (9/5): Excellent presentation. Close to town and services. - Fully self contained. We bought a few things however didn’t need it. Has its own character, clean and ready for us after a 3.5 hour drive. Nothing I could pick. Oh the DVD player doesn’t read DVD’s however Netflix was available.
• Lisa (8/5): Comfortable, with everything you need for a weeks stay with dogs - Very spacious house, a large secure backyard for our dog, comfortable lounge, Netflix and speedy wifi, plenty of hot water for the shower, and a well equipped kitchen. The noise from the road at night was quite obvious although we did expect this before booking because we knew the location was near the intersection of a busy road. The screens and hedging did a great job of minimising the noise though. It was only a very minor inconvenience compared to the spaciousness of the house and garden.

• Carolyn (9/5): A lovely, comfortable house. I'd be very happy to stay there again. - The house is lovely, and very well equipped with utensils and condiments available. There were a couple of very hot days and the a/c and fans were most effective. Unlimited Netflix was a bonus. The highway was a little noisy from the front bedroom but if you're used to traffic it wouldn't be a problem.
• Lindsay (10/5): We had an amazing and relaxing time and I would book again. - Loved everything. Big house and massive backyard. Our 4 dogs loved it. The house was clean and very pet friendly. Everything was provided for us at the house.we walked to the City Centre everyday. The 2 dogs next door barking during the night.

• John (9/5): it felt like a real home nothing fancy but roomy and comfortable - air con was excellent in living area plus the fans in each bedroom back bathroom great they supplied shampoo , body wash and conditioner. it was perfect for three guys on a fishing trip, maybe we bring the wives next time thankyou for the experience , better than most motels in the area
• Maxine (8/5): A very spacious house for 6 people to spread out. Value for money - The toilet systems weren't working properly. Close to blocking up. The laundry water leaked outside where pipes are broken causing a bad smell until it dried up.

• Margaret (8/5): Enjoyable mostly for us, Tracey our host was very accommodsting to our needs, great to have basic food igms ( tea, coffe - Suited our needs, had everything inside for us. No bbq outside which eould have been great. Woken at 6:30 am by gym music on Sat & Mon of our stay. Trucks close by on main road were noisy at times.

• Sharyn (10/5): A surprising gem in Horsham. If some minor points could be addressed, that would be great. - The host was extremely generous with provisions we were able to use in the kitchen and bathroom - the only thing missing was a small box of tissues!. Lovely that the air con had been left on as it had been a 37° day. Netflix access was appreciated! The spices in the spice rack all feel a bit greasy and some are out of date. The cupboard under the sink smells 'damp' and could probably be cleaned. Some of the towels have done their time-mine had a hole in it!

• Stephanie (8/5): A great house to stay in. Comfy, well appointed and dog friendly. Close to the river for walks. - The yard was great for our dog. Plenty of room to run around and well fenced. Location was good. The house is well set up with updated bathroom, comfy beds. It was great to have some basic kitchen staples eg milk, (although we had our own) pepper, salt, oil, paper towel, gladwrap etc. Nothing really. I'd probably update the saucepans and frypan.
• George (5/5): Good stay for a family on a budget - The premises had a nice entry and shower for a disabled person and was within a short drive of town and other restaurants. There was plenty of crockery and utensils a good size refrigerator. There were reasonable laundry facilities with washing machine and a new dryer and powder was also supplied. But it would be nice to have instructions on how to empty the lint filter for the dryer as it was very full. Extra heaters in the bedrooms were supplied and made rooms comfortable There was only a single toilet at the rear of the facilities with a very small door so not disabled friendly and the rear was not easily access for a disabled person with steps down rather than a ramp. The closest room to the toilet was a squeeze with a walker and the main heater in the house is too small to adequately heat the large room easily, although it was a very cold night when we were there.
