Hanan (2/5): Very poor - the pool not clean .. broken beds.. found old socks on the floor.. found pieces of chips on the stairs .. bad smell and dirty towels .. sewage smell in the water .. didn’t co operate for the late check out and charged us for an hour .. I was very un satisfied and never coming back ..
