Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of USD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

- Jeremy (10/5): Oasis in a metropolis - So this place is a hidden gem. Little tiny house community on a lake that so full of life. I spent majority of my time on the property bird watching and checking out the bats at dusk. So if you’re wanting a little get away from it all in the middle of it all this is the place!!! 1000% will be back

The owner was very kind and helpful, a beautiful quiet place to relax and get into nature, loved watching the birds and immersing ourselves into how the locals who live in the community love each day! - Andrew (1/5): Bad - Nothing Upon arrival the code didn't work to get the key ,which upon calling it was placed under door mat. Neighbors in really close proximity were hanging around and smoking. Didn't feel comfortable. Next the door wouldn't lock. Once in the tiny home it wasn't as clean as advertised and there was a bad smell. Informed contact of issues, person on sight arrived and messed with lock multiple times to try to get it to work, said he'd have maintenance address the next morning. I told them it was unsafe and unacceptable. We decided at this time to find a different place to stay and would like a refund. The next afternoon was contacted by tiny homes who said they had found a dead animal under tiny homes and it was ready for us to come back. Only problem was we had moved on with another place to continue our trip. Fast forward, 18 days later with multiple hours spent on the phone with booking.com still no refund. I would not recommend booking at tiny homes or using booking.com, very disappointed! At this point I've lost over $1800 for which was supposed to be a fun and relaxing family vacation!

This is an insecure business practice, but we didn't have another option & needed to access the space. Hope nothing shady happens with my info. -Breaker in bathroom tripped as soon as hair dryer was on. No other items were plugged in or in use at the time, other than the string lights provided by owner. Could not find way to reset it, so no plugs in bath, exhaust fan, or lights on mirror worked after. This happened late at night, so we did not find out until the end of the next day (long and hot day outside) that this affected the hot water heater. We had no hot water on the last 2 days of our stay. -soft spot in floor near bathroom is concerning. Flooring doesn't seem secure there and squeaks loudly if you step on it. -ladder to loft bed slides on track when in use. Didn't feel safe or secure. Didn't use loft at all and ended up using the sofa bed. Loft probably ok for children. -sofa bed and bed in private bedroom were uncomfortable. bed has springs that you can feel. Very thin mattress. -private bedroom did not offer sound reduction because is open to rest of cabin -no table inside Overall space was livable & had the basic necessities. Issue w/ the bathroom breaker was definitely stated in a prior review & wasnt fixed.

Whenever someone moved up in the lofts like to roll over in bed the whole place shook. The lights flickered in the bathroom and in one room. The A/C was not strong enough to cool even the small space.

- Valarie (10/5): - My daughter and I stayed here while attending my daughter’s cheer competition at Disney world, D1 summit. While it was an about 40 mins away to get to the parks the drive wasn’t terrible. The tiny home was perfect for the two of us. It was definitely as described “tiny” but actually had more than enough storage and room for both of us, and we come with a lot of stuff. The house was cleaner than most 5 star hotel rooms we’ve visited this cheer season while traveling. We didn’t get to enjoy most of the outdoor facilities due to the competition and doing Disney parks but, what we did see was beautiful and so peaceful. I was a little apprehensive to book here traveling alone with my daughter as a female but we felt safe the entire with no issues at all. The community is very quiet and friendly! The host was more than helpful and check on in and out was a beeeze. We will definitely be back one day ! Thank you
- Thittikarn (10/5): Nice and quite place with view of lake. - It was a nice stay and it’s peaceful. The place itself was beautiful and well prepared for guests with family even. The property manager was very well in communication and fast in response. I wish I knew it was a property fee on top of all charges. It became a big part of the estate and made the price to be a little too high. Other than that I would highly recommend this place from every other factors I chose to stay there from the beginning.

- Angela (10/5): Relaxing location, fabulous accommodation. - We spent 8 nights staying in the Breeze and had an absolutely fabulous experience. The accommodation had everything we needed and we loved how cute and quirky it is. There is a supermarket 5 minutes drive away. We loved sitting on the decking looking out over the lake and watching the variety of birds diving and wading, it was so relaxing. We also kayaked round the lake a couple of of times - that was a first for us but was really easy to pick up. There are life jackets and kayaks readily available. The guys who run the site are very friendly and helpful and the whole place is immaculate.

The layout of the Galaxy was well thought out and very functional. And the grounds were nice, quiet neighbors, and good communication. We recommend adding outdoor furniture, but the pier is very close and has comfortable seating. We stayed in January, and didn't spend a lot of time outside in the evenings, so not an issue for us. We would definitely recommend!
- Kimberly (8/5): - Great little, tiny home for a short stay in Orlando. The setting was divine. I wish it had been warmer -we were there during the polar vortex- so we could have enjoyed the lake and the amenities. Less than 30 minutes to Disney. Perfect for two people. Would stay again.
- Pruden (3/5): OLD, ant infested tiny home next to a beautiful view. - The scenery/location on the lake was nice. It would have been better to be able to see it from our front stoop. The bushes blocked the view. We didnt like that it looked dingy and run down. It looked like the cleaning was typically a rush job, not ever being thoroughly done. Next, the couch was in horrible condition. My friend brought in her air mattress and slept on it on the floor after attempting to sleep on the couch one night. It needs to be replaced. Third, there was no door or curtain for the restroom which was awkward for the second loft. Fourth, the stairs to the main loft were at very uneven heights which made it dangerous. The last step was too close to the wall and you couldnt put your foot down. One time i missed a step going down and fell backwards from a yard heighth. The lighting for the loft would flicker sometimes and not work sometimes. It was dangerous to climb down with inadequate lighting. Lastly, the home was overrun by ants. They appeared mainly upstairs. I counted over 300 on my bed on our third night. Literally- not an exaggeration. It was so bad we left after the third night, instead of staying our 5 nights.

The property manager provided us access to the paddleboards and kayaks as well as the community grille and fire pit. Great location for quiet time with easy access to the interstate. Far enough away where you don't hear it either! Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

I would also advise management to consider looking for different methods of taking the copy of the credit card for the deposit since they just took a picture of my card and we live in a day and age where credit fraud is very common
- Farren (2/5): - immediately we noticed some unsanitary things. There was garbage in the cans that weren’t ours, there was hair in the sheets on our bed upstairs, little black balls spewed around the place. My husband found a cockroach within the first few minutes. He wanted to leave immediately, but I wanted to give the benefit of doubt to the property manager because we are in humid Florida against a lake. Surely one bug isn’t a problem, right? The ground was soft and squishy near the bathroom and the place had an odd scent. I took a shower, the water was poorly draining and I was standing in a few inches of water. When I went to blow dry my hair the outlet immediately tripped. Next day, this is when I started connecting the dots. My husbands shower wouldn’t turn hot, it was freezing the whole time. While he was in the bathroom, he noticed a crack in the ground and here cockroaches were coming in and out of. As he was going this - I was trying to put my kids on the pull out couch, as the “bed” upstairs was horribly uncomfortable. I flattened the futon couch and immediately could see it was riddled with stains. The blanket on the couch was dirty too, when I moved it, crumbs were falling off onto the the ground. I opened the drawer under the couch and found sheets, one had crusty brown stains and one had blood marks?? So, bed bugs?? He refused a refund. Stay anywhere else! We left to the Hilton and it was very clean! Just an honest review from a VERY unsatisfied customer
