- Harmon (10/5): Clean, comfortable, best location if you are there to surf! The house had everything we needed! - The property manager was excellent. She was very prompt in responding to booking and when we arrived. She checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was good! She was great. Everything was great! The property has a huge screened in porch where we hung out and it was good. It has a long table and chairs and a round table and chairs. The only suggestion maybe to have a couple of chairs or sofa inside the house. We could have moved the chairs inside if we really wanted too!
- Bitner (8/5): Enjoyed our stay in Pavones - We loved the close proximity of the Rio Claro for swimming and restaurants and grocery stores so only needed to use car minimally. Appreciated the air conditioning, numerous fans, laundry, hammocks and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and Carolina and her staff were excellent hosts. The house is right next to the local bar and right in the middle of the town, so if you are looking for a quiet place, this may not be ideal for you. We would have appreciated some bedside lamps and comfortable furniture to sit on besides the hammocks, particularly in the living room.
