The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable & quiet even though you are only a few steps away from a lively street of restaurants & bars. The location is close to Vaporetto stops & in walking distance of all the tourist spots. Could not recommend enough, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was really good with a lively street just a few steps away. Restaurants shops and good connections to the vaporetto stops, all within a short walk. The only small issue was a slightly temperamental hot water system it took some time to master

The host is most welcoming and helpful, with really sweet attitude and making an effort to take care of all the small details. The patio is very cute and pleasant to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine outside. The home felt cosy and extremely well thought through.

Location superb very peaceful even though there were plenty of restaurants and shops on your doorstep, 20/25 min walk to rialto/ san Marco. Host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would have no hesitation recommending this property Nothing.
