• Венелин (10/5): Отлична почивка през август - Вилата е подходяща за семейство с по-големи деца и куче. Леснодостъпна с кола. Има прекрасна гледка от втория етаж и е много тихо. Оборудвана е с всичко необходимо за по-дълъг престой. Наблизо има футболно и баскетболно игрище за забавление на децата. Всеки ден ходихме в к.к. Албена на плаж. Банята е оборудвана с вана и ни беше трудно да я използваме за ежедневен душ. В родителската спалня имаше само един чаршаф и една завивка, което не е достатъчно за двама човека. Както споменаха и в други отзиви стълбите за втория етаж не са подходящи за хора с двигателни затруднения.

Locatia beneficiaza de un foisor cu gratar, o curte mare, doua balcoane spatioase, o bucatarie complet utilata si o zona de zi superba. Dormitoarele sunt dotate cu aer conditionat si au fost foarte curate si aranjate. Vila este amplasata la 3 km de plaja centrala si beneficiaza de un drum privat unde puteti parca masinile fara probleme. Paturile de o persoana sunt, intr-adevar, putin inconfortabile, dar este insesizabil.

• Cristina (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - The house was clean and it had all the necessary utilities. The view was amazing.
• Nicoleandjay (4/5): Everything was perfect but.,..... - The views were spectacular and the peace and quiet was fantastic. We didn't like the beds it was such a shame, everything about the place was so lovely but it definitely needs new mattresses, we could not sleep and all woke up in pain. The pillows were the same dreadful, new mattresses and pillows are needed. The headboards were very dirty, luckily i had bought cleaning wipes with me and so i scrubbed them so we could lean on them. The bathroom toilet had a leak, so we had to put a bowl under to catch the water. A big hole in the bathroom that needed boarding up and the head end of the bed was covered in mastik and dirty brown stickers with a shower curtain hiding another big hole behind it. Be warned the tiled, very steep stairs are not suitable for children, elderly and or dogs. But the peace, tranquility and beauty of the place was wonderful, it was very spacious and stunning on the balconies looking out at the sea.

At first we didn't have internet and cable TV, the couch was broken and had a big hole in it, the floor was dirty, unsafe place for kids not even in the yard. The bathroom space was unsafe, the bathtub had mold, and the quality of the bathroom furniture was very low.

• Pepa (7/5): Nice property but needs better care! - Amazing sunrise views from the second floor. Modern kitchen an spacious sitting room located on the second floor. Spider cobwebs had to be cleaned. Neighbour dogs walking during the night on the first floor terrace and … poops everywhere. Very steep stairs between first and second floor, third bedroom is actually a space with a movable partition of the second bedrooms. Sheets for baby bed were not provided.

• Валентин (7/5): Good - - good privacy - nice living area on the second floor with a good balcony and view - villa is not well maintained and a bit neglected - backyard is uneven and unusable - barbecue area is dirty, neglected and unpleasant - lots of mosquitoes in the backyard + no window protection so you can imagine..

• Iulia (6/5): Pleasant - Liked that we had AC. The host was very responsive, she took care of our problems with the AC and the kitchen sink in a matter of hours. The best thing was that we had our dog with us the whole time and she could stay indoors and outdoors. Also we broke the butcher's block from the kitchen and the host was kind enough to not tax us for it. Liked the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, they were useful. Though there was a boiler, we never ran out of hot water (4 adults, one infant and 1 dog). It felt dirty and used. In truth, the second we stepped in we thought about just going back home. Now, I've been to more than a dozen different accommodations in Balchik, but this was the worst so far. We all agreed that it was so. The mattresses are in bad shape, the beds squeak a lot, the second you sit down on the couch you feel the wooden panels underneath that makes it totally uncomfortable. The fridge wasn't clean either. I couldn't trust anything I touched. The terrace doors get stuck. The terrace from the lower level now is covered with a roof that has been build in the meantime and looks like an improvisation. Nice thig about it though is that you can make a barbecue when it's raining. The kitchen chairs have been replaced, the furniture in 2 rooms has been moved a bit and it all looks a lot less taken care of than in the photos. The carpets felt so dirty that we had them moved on the terrace while we stayed there. Leakage in the bath. The stairs are a hazard for people with mobility problems or for carrying a child up and down. At this time, this place needs a complete clean sweep.

The host also is very nice, friendly and communicative, loved her. If I could I would give the rating 1000/10 . Everything was perfect!

• Tarko (10/5): Overall amazing stay! - Amazing view! Great rooms very large and well kept, clean. Very nice terrace and courtyard it was great for our dog. The house has everything you need to cook and clean also great barbecue. Had an amazing time the beach is near by car. One thing - the windows don't have mosquito nets... soo during the night it gets realy uncomfortable becose it either gets verry hot (becose you can't sleep with the windows open becose of the bugs, lizards, frogs that get inside the house etc) or you can sleep with the air conditioner on - which as you now has it's own set of problemes. Would-be really nice to just have mosquito nets.
