• Marilyn (10/5): - Handy location. BBQ could be better. It was quiet when we were there but next door was Junior leagues accommodation. Might be noisy in holidays.

• Neryl (8/5): Great house with enclosed yard in the heart of foster everything was provided - Location Would have liked a dryer as the weather was wet
• Cathy (10/5): We love Sandy Toes. Great location, top little place. Need to stay on top of cleaning and maintenan - Cleanliness was lacking. Outdoors area not swept or tables wiped. Behind beds and lounges need to be done each clean
• Yaldwyn (7/5): Great location, nice stay, but regular maintenance checks etc for fans etc need to be carried out. - Location to shops, pub & waterfront TV needs replacing, no remote & screen is pixelating & channels & volume needs to be activated by side buttons .....we only really watched the TV for a total of 1/2 a day the whole stay as it was pixelating etc..... Fan remotes needed to have replacement batteries put in as these were not working on our arrival..... Back deck needed to be swept on our arrival it was filthy...

• Daniel (4/5): It was alright for the short time we spent there but rather disappointing, I would not like to have spent more time ther - Proximity to beach and Main Street in Forster - cockroaches - no remote for TV (or we’re dumb and couldn’t find it) - lights were constantly flickering - no bin bags - it wasn’t cleaned properly

• Tina (10/5): A great time was had in a great space in an amazing location. - Was the perfect location walking distance to the beach, river, pub and so many good restaurants and cafes. The house was well stocked with every thing you could need, even a few board games for the wet days we had as well as a water bowl for the fur baby. Cant say that we didn't like anything, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

• Janell (8/5): My stay was great the weather was perfect it is a little noisy there through the day but it didn’t really bother me will - Love the fact that I could walk everywhere more toilet paper and more handtowel would’ve been good and a proper dish cloth very hard to give everything a good wipe down with one of them square sponges and a hairdryer and then would’ve been perfect

A little noisy because of the centrality Property needed more thorough cleaning. Cobwebs, lolly wrapper on floor - the beds and lounge hadn't been swept or vacuumed under for a long time. Inspect provided equipment - no mop & bucket, broken dustpan.

It is a quality home. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent. We were so impressed we have booked for another stay. How can we criticise a beautiful find.
• Clive (8/5): Exceed my expectations! - It was a very nice self-contained property in a good location, given I was playing in a tennis tournament at the Forster Tennis Club on Lake Street. It was good to have access to Netflix and high speed wifi. It was cold in the property apart from the single wall heater in the lounge. Also, would have been better to have bath towels and bed linen in the price, rather than having to bring our own.
