• Adam (8/5): - Really close to the beach, spaceous and easy going owner - really appreciate the communication and friendliness!!! Price was great as well Well- a bit odd was setup of various tubes/ drawer not working, so yes- furniture outdated. But was more than sufficient for my standards. Some of the windows could not be opened fully and somehow one could still hear noise from main street - but right in front of apartment is private street so don't have to be afraid.

• Kováts (9/5): - Közel a tenger,a szállás régimódi de ár érték arányban tökéletes. 1perc sincs a tengerpart. Kisbolt is 1 perc éttermek játszótér is közel van. Kedvesek voltak a hazigazdák.gyerekeknek játékokat is hoztak
• Manfred (4/5): Gute Lage, sehr renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung - Sehr gute Lage Nähe zu gutem Restaurant, coffeshoo , Supermarkt. Sehr nahe am Badestrand Kurzer Weg zur Autobahn für Ausflüge Die Unterkunft war komplett marode und veraltet. Küchentüren bereits zerfleddert, Küchenschubladen nicht mehr zu öffnen, Toilettenpapier musste in Eimer entsorgt werden. Die Ablage unter dem Spiegel im Bad war eine rohe Spanplatte. Der Sitzplatz im Freien wurde wohl schon Jahre nicht geputzt.

• Olena (9/5): We are happy. I think we will come back again. - A great location for a relaxing day by the sea. The house has everything you need. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk away. There's a shop, cafe, and restaurant within a 3-minute walk. There's also a bus stop nearby if you need to get to Larnaca. The staff was excellent and always in touch with us. Vasilis provided everything we asked for (a barbecue, extra towels). Larnaca Airport is 20 minutes by car, Ayia Napa is 30 minutes away The only downside was the old chairs on the veranda, which had cracks.

Struttura fatiscente verniciata in malo modo giusto per accogliere i turisti ingannati da foto su booking che non corrispondono al reale stato della struttura o perlomeno di quella che ci hanno rifilato a caro prezzo. Mobili vecchi e danneggiati attrezzature da cucina sporche e di recupero formiche ovunque accompagnate anche da scarafaggi. Abbiamo dovuto comprare uno spray abbattente per ammazzare questi animali. Non fatevi ingannare dai messaggini whatsapp del proprietario.. entità sconosciuta. Morale a quel prezzo si trovano strutture decisamente migliori che si possono chiamare case Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto fasulle postate su booking
• Qattus (10/5): - Es war sehr Sauber und super Lage genau am Strand, Kiosk war super genau da neben und 15 min mit dem Auto dann ist man im Innenstadt wenn man mehr los will ansonsten hat man auch Restaurant usw in der Nähe also super und sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man was braucht Mann man auch den Inhaber kontaktieren und er ist sofort erreichbar und immer Hilfsbereit also Mega 🥰
• Monisia75 (10/5): - First of all, the host, very thoughtful, attentive and helpful. The location, just 1 minute walk to the fabulous sandy beach that was empty or just few people there although it was the middle of the high season. The store with good prices just around the corner, quite a lot of restaurants, either across the street or in a short walking distance. The parking place and the gate that could be open with the remote is an additional asset, same with the porch and the backyard. The cleaning lady doesn't do her job very well. She cleans only what is, in her opinion, in the plain sight. So, she should be either managed or replaced with someone who really will do the job for which they were hired and paid.

The owner of the house Vasilis is a very friendly and wonderful person. very clean beach just a few steps from the house. There is a shop and cafe nearby. The central part with shops and cafes is a 10-minute walk away.

All equipment was on the place and was working, comfortable ( if you dont have 2 C outside). Good communication with owner. Terraces from both sides of house. • Achilleas (2/5): In need of renovation - but has potential. - Good location next to the beach. Helpful advice on how to find the property. It needs renovation and a deep clean. There was a smell of damp. Kitchen cupboard doors need replacing (see photos). Couldn't use the bedroom wardrobes because of the smell of damp. Why was burnt out smoke alarm left in the property (see photo)? Thanks for the host/agent for giving us a bottle of wine - shame there was only one wine glass in the property.

House almost at the beach. Bus ticket to Larnaca or airport 2.4 number425.bluebus IT is better to stay outside Larnaca then in crowdy town . I took a walk by the sea everyday. Water in the sea was cool but better on our Baltic in summer. Sea is clean and depth is for small children
• Olga (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return if the opportunity arises. - I would like to start by expressing my gratitude to the host for the warm welcome and clear instructions. Thank you for providing a crib for our child; it was greatly appreciated. Despite visiting during the off-season, we found plenty of warm blankets and the option to heat the room with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There was always hot water available, which was a plus. The kitchen, although small, was efficiently arranged with ample pots and pans, allowing us to enjoy cooking delicious meals at home. The location was extremely convenient. There is a store nearby, as well as cafes where we could enjoy breakfast. In the evenings, the cafe was peaceful, which did not disturb our relaxation. The beach is very close, and there is a jogging track along its length, along with nearby exercise equipment.

• Constanţa (5/5): Nice location but dissapoining accommodation. - Located in a private complex of villas. Very close to a nice taverna, a coffee terrace and a minimarket. The beach nearby was beautiful. Private parking at the location. Functionable wi-fi and AC. Friendly owner. Old furniture and appliances, The equipment in the kitchen was sparse and worn and not according to the description (no coffee machine). The back terrace was unkempt and dirty, storage for various unusable things - sometimes water flowed from the terrace of the apartment above.
• Kateřina (8/5): Very good - The house is close to the beach, accessibility from the airport and from the center of Larnaca by bus is easy. The accommodation is in a quiet area, a few steps from the houses there is a supermarket. The owner communicated with us, was willing to help with any problem. The equipment of the house was older, but sufficient. We were very satisfied. Thank you! -

• Claire (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great close to the sea, shops and restaurants. It's in a quiet area. The house needs a little tender love and care but it was a very good price for the length of stay we had. Not all of what was in the amenities list was present on arrival but the landlord did contact us several times to say if we needed anything just ask and he was very pleasant and helpful. Despite it needing a bit of tlc I would stop again at the price we paid off-season.
