Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Lo peor los colchones de las 2 camas supletorias no son muy malos pero es que el resto son excelentes. Es lo único que mejoraría de la casa

• Anna (10/5): Idelany apartament na pobyt w Maladze. - Apartament w centrum Malagi to prawdziwa perełka, która sprawiła, że nasz pobyt stał się absolutnie wyjątkowy. Już od pierwszej chwili zachwyciła nas jego lokalizacja – w samym sercu miasta, zaledwie kilka kroków od klimatycznych uliczek starego miasta, tętniących życiem restauracji i kawiarni oraz najważniejszych atrakcji. Spacer do Katedra w Maladze czy w stronę Alcazaba w Maladze był czystą przyjemnością a bliskość komunikacji miejskiej( metto, pociąg) ułatwiało nam poruszanie się. Sam apartament urządzony jest bardzo przytulnie, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się komfortowo. Kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona, łóżko niezwykle wygodne, a czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Ogromnym atutem była również cisza i spokój, mimo centralnej lokalizacji. Wieczorami mogliśmy odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania, ciesząc się klimatem hiszpańskiego miasta. Gospodarze okazali się niezwykle pomocni, serdeczni i dbający o każdy detal – od szybkiego kontaktu po drobne wskazówki dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji. To miejsce zdecydowanie przekroczyło nasze oczekiwania. Jeśli ktoś marzy o idealnym pobycie w Maladze – komfortowym, stylowym i w najlepszej możliwej lokalizacji – ten apartament będzie strzałem w dziesiątkę. Z przyjemnością tu wrócimy! 🌞

Последния ден беше с късен полет и ни позволиха да оставим багажа си като се насладим без притеснения на последните часове в Малага. Горещо препоръчвам. Посещението ни беше твърде кратко наложително е да отидем в Малага отново.

El piso está ideal, está cerca de todo y aún así no se oye ni un ruido, descansamos de maravilla. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad.Y no puedo dejar de nombrar a Jose Manuel, que es una persona encantadora y estuvo en todo momento pendiente de que estuviésemos a gusto. No habernos podido quedar más tiempo..😊

• Margaret (8/5): A well equipped home from home for a family or a group of friends to enjoy historic Malaga. - The rooms were bright and spacious. The kitchen was provided with all that we needed. There was no plate rack for drying dishes but we found that a rack from the dishwashing machine was a good substitute. It was convenient to have two bathrooms. Our host met us and was very friendly and helpful. Although he does not speak any English, he had Google Translate on his phone, so communication was easy enough. The location was ideal for us as we were joining a cruise and it is within walking distance of the port and the historic centre of the town. It was quiet with no disturbance from the street outside. There were 2 useful supermarkets and a bakery within 5 minutes walk for provisions and a pharmacy just round the corner. One of our group was on crutches with an injured knee. You have to climb up 7 steps from the front door before you get to the lift. The shower over the bath is very difficult to get into for a disabled person but the second shower room has a walk-in shower which is much easier to access. The exterior is a bit off putting with a sex shop sign right next to the front door but it seemed to be closed all the time that we were there and it may have ceased trading. The area felt perfectly safe, even at night, though we were not out very late. The flat is set up for families and I would not be worried about bringing children to stay here in spite of the sex shop sign that appears on Google Street view. The one way street system makes access by car/taxi a little tricky. Our first taxi insisted on dropping us 100 metres from the door which was very difficult for our disabled friend but the second taxi ,when we left, was quite prepared to drive right up to the front door. There was some confusion about the address as the house is No 1 Calle Duquesa de Parcent (the end of the street is notionally pedestrianised) but the street name then changes to something different. There is a taxi rank within walking distance round the corner on the main road. It is easier to approach the house by car from the east end of the street than from the west.

Apartment is not new and quite "used", but you can feel how real people in Malaga live. Small things like nit properly working toilet flush mechanism and other bathroom lock just missing, dishwasher so old that hard to understand how to start it and what peogram6to use.

So convenient to the shops, transport, port, promenade. Very spacious and comfortable. Air-con units worked really well. Apartment is on the 7th floor which was fine for us but might not suit everyone. Excellent working lift though!

Very hard to find, booking.com doesn't give you the full address so we didn't know which building the apartment was in. Had trouble contacting the owner to get the keys on arrival.
