- Victor Zablah (10/5): Lugar muy comodo y con excelenete acceso a la playa. - El servicio muy bueno, la ubicación del lugar increible para pasar unos días relajado con acceso a la playa a unos pasos de distancia. Tambien en las cercanias se cuenta con supermercados, restaurantes e incluso spots de pesca. En general un lugar con entorno muy agradable, instalaciones en perfecto estado, aire acondicionado funcionado muy bien, agua caliente, cocina, refrigeradora y accesorios de playa como sillas y sombrillas.

- venegas najera (10/5): Recomiendo - Hay suficiente seguridad, María y su esposo son personas super atentas y amables, la playa está justo al frente, cruzando una pequeña calle de lastre y normalmente casi no hay gente lo que la hace aún mas relajante, en cuanto al hospedaje todo estaba super limpio y ordenado, el baño es amplio y en general la villa está super equipada. Fui con mis mascotas y fueron bien recibidas, la propiedad tiene un portón eléctrico bastante seguro, sin duda nos gustaría regresar! El internet falló un poco pero es irrelevante y el AC de la habitación no funciona bien pero tiene un ventilador de techo que refresca bien.

- James (9/5): Truly a gem on a very secluded beach. - If you want a quiet and comfortable stay on a secluded beach, this place is for you! The villa is nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The structure is one building with two apartments for guests and one for the caretakers, who are friendly and almost always on the property. The beach is just across a gravel road and is truly secluded. Nobody bothers you on the beach. There are bar/restaurants about a half mile to either side of the villa, which serve outstanding food. The villa is very secure and has a large gate separating it from the road. You are provided with an electronic door opener, which allows you to come and go in your car (or on foot) as you please.

Private and across a tiny street from the beach. There are monkeys and iguanas and all sorts of birds who are around all day. The place was spotless when we arrived and there is a caretaker and his wife who can meet your every need. Sylvia was readily available for questions and any concerns we had.

I stayed there with prior owner and Sylvia's improvements are noticeable with great WiFi. Powerful running water and lovely decor. New furniture and friendly staff. You can see how much work and investment has gone into making this the best place to stay in Palo Seco! Hoping to go back soon. Nothing
- Ana (10/5): I only booked for one night but as soon as I arrived I saw the amazing beautiful outdoors and indoors of the facility. I - this property is exceptional! they have it so very nicely decorated and very clean. everything one needs is at hand. The beach is fabulous. Just in front of the property and very quiet. The water temperature is perfect. And this is a very pet friendly facility! Nothing. I can’t wait to book again!
- Simone (3/5): Vastly overpriced and uncomfortable - The beach opposite. Seeing monkeys outside property. It was vastly overpriced compared to much better properties in the area. Upon arrival beds werent made up and we had to find sheets, the mattress underneath was filthy and old, we immediately didn't want to stay at the property. There was no toilet seat in one bathroom, not great for my Son or Mother. There was zero privacy in one bedroom and the kitchen and one bedroom looked out upon a mess in the rear garden. The other bedroom also had no privacy and the caretakers of the property had the children playing on the lawn outside directly outside our bedroom. The property was so dark inside and due to the kitchen curtain being impossible to open, (obviously to conceal the mess outside) we had the lights on continually. There was no comfortable or private seating outside. We decided to leave this property after 2 nights as it was so uncomfortable. When telling the owner we wished to leave, rather than enquire as to why, he sent the caretaker of the property round to collect payment for the stay.
