На связи были уже за несколько дней до поездки, проконсультировали как лучше добраться до апартаментов, прислали расписание автобуса Венеция-Тревизо (у нас был ранний вылет в Ригу), оставили шампанское. Очень приятный домик в очень атмосферном районе. До автовокзала и железнодорожного вокзала Санта-Лючия 15-20 минут ходьбы. Нам все очень понравилось. Если вдруг поеду в Венецию ещё раз, то постараюсь остановиться в этих апартаментах. Очень рекомендую.
• Alessia (10/5): Straconsigliato! - Dell’appartamento ci è piaciuto tutto: la posizione comoda - vicinissima alla fermata (ca’ Rezzonico) dell’Alilaguna che porta a Venezia direttamente dall’aeroporto - e situata in un quartiere bellissimo (Dorsoduro, pieno di arte e negozietti indipendenti) frequentato davvero bene. La casa era accessoriata di tutto, ma proprio tutto, ed era molto calda e accogliente. Antonio e Carolina sono stati eccezionali: si sono prodigati per rendere il nostro arrivo ed il nostro soggiorno davvero perfetti. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La pulizia davvero impeccabile (per esempio abbiamo perfino trovato la spugna dei piatti nuova, mai usata prima di noi). Nulla. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Niente da ridire.

Très nombreux équipements, bien prévus. Boissons de bienvenue dans le réfrigérateur. Accueil très sympathique au pied du vaporetto. Qualité de service rare. Un lieu à recommander. Rien à dire.
• MELANIE (7/5): Really enjoyed it! Hosts were very helpful - Location was great. A short walk to the water taxi stop. Our hosts met us there on arrival and helped us with other transport information. Apartment was really well equipped and contained everything you needed. Hosts maintained contact throughout the stay and were lovely! It is a little bit small for 4 people, but a lot of places are in Italy!

• Rafael (10/5): Estadia de primeira qualidade em Veneza - Apartamento muito bem localizado, limpo, com boa cama e bons travesseiros, banheiro de tamanho razoavel, boa ducha e aquecimento a gas (não é um boiler). Os proprietarios não muito atenciosos e cuidadosos com checkin, dão sugestões e nos receberam em Ca’ Rezzonico. Otima região, vale observar. Tudo perfeito, mas importante mencionar que o apartamento é em 2 andares, com banheiro no andar de baixo, podendo ser um problema para pessoas de mobilidade reduzida.

• m17m01a17n01 (10/5): Es war ganz wunderbar, sehr nett und richtig herzlich. - Die überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber (Antonio und Carolina) die uns vom Piazzale Roma abgeholt haben, um dann einen viertelstuendigen Spaziergang zu ihrer Ferienwohnung nach Dorsoduro zu machen. Dieser Stadtteil von Venedig ist zumindestens ab Ende September nicht touristisch überbelastet.

• Kaja (10/5): - Cudowny kontakt z bardzo sympatycznymi właścicielami. Wszystko dokładnie opowiedzieli i pokazali. Świetna lokalizacja, 20min spacerkiem na plac Świętego Marka, obok restauracje nie tak drogie jak w ścisłym centrum. Nie było tak tłoczno i głośno jak w centrum przy głównych alejkach. Blisko do canale grande i vaporetto. Mieszkanie cudownie wyposażone, żelazko, deska do prasowania, mikrofalówka, garnki, talerze, duża ilość ręczników nawet plażowych, w kuchni nawet ręczniki papierowe, kapsułki do pralki i zmywarki. W kontaktach zabezpieczenia przed komarami. Podróżowaliśmy z bagażem podręcznym i dosłownie niczego nam nie brakło. W lodówce przywitały nas dwie wody i prosecco. Klimatyzacja idealnie działała. Wszędzie czysciutko i pachnąco. Bardzo dziękujemy właścicielom, na pewno jeszcze wrócimy. Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

• LAURENT (9/5): Highly recommended — the owners truly care about making your stay enjoyable. - Very friendly and efficient hosts. Excellent location in one of the best neighborhoods in Venice, Dorsoduro. Everything is within walking distance and the area is very safe. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out. Charming, very pleasant, and very clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. I would rate it 9.5/10 for a 3-night stay at the end of July 2025. The only small downside is the bedding, especially the sofa bed, which should be improved.

• Stephanie (10/5): The perfect place for Venice. When we come back, we will absolutely stay again! - We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect; near the water bus stop and in a quieter, less crowded area. The owners are very thoughtful and even tries to meet us at the train to walk us to the flat. (Unfortunately, the train was delayed too long, but the directions they gave us were great! Photos, videos, and turn by turn!)

• Miriam (10/5): Best place to stay in Venice - Carolina met us at the boat dock and walked us to the property. We talked in spanish which she enjoyed doing. I loved her place. The attention to detail was AWESOME!!!!! She left us a bottle of sparkling wine, flat water and sparkling water, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. The apartment has everything you need for a few days in Venice. The location is perfect near groceries and restaurants. Nothing. It was perfect!!!
• Jan (9/5): Beautiful and silent place to stay for two or family with 1 - 2 children. - Silent place but close to a city center, clean and dry house, kitchen with rich equipement like home, Stock of clean towels. Many pubs and cafés nearby, also grocery store 200m from house. Simple heating, very pleasant in cold days. Available umbrellas for guests. Very polite host Carolina. Double duvet, some can appreciate, we are not fans. Very little bathroom, no space for belongings, some shelves would help. Steep stairs to 1st floor where is the bedroom, nothing for disabled or very old people.

• Roger (8/5): Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. - The location was very good. Close to good restaurants etc but very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and we were pleased to find ample supplies of teas, coffee etc plus water and a bottle of wine in the fridge.
• Christine (10/5): Lovely! - Really lovely little house, very clean and tidy, and pleasantly surprised to find bottle of wine and still + sparkling water in fridge. Also really easy to get to from waterbus stop. Close to Grand Canal few minutes walk away, Cafes seconds away from front door. Hosts were really kind and helpful, didn't have the pleasure of meeting them as our flight was late, but they were quick to answer any questions we had via text. Really recommend staying here!
• Mei (10/5): Very happy - The property is located near a piazza where there are restaurants and a gelato shop , supermarket is also not far away. Water-bus stop is a few minutes away. Very convenient! The owners Antonio and Carolina are very nice to pick us up from the water bus stop. Plus they contacted us in advance through WhatsApp giving us clear instructions of how to get there, that made us very comfortable. The house is very clean , we feel like at home . They have everything needed . I highly recommend.

The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and peaceful. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Carolina and Antonio thought of everything to make their guests' stay as comfortable as possible, including thoughtful touches like umbrellas. There were also nice compliments such as champagne, water, and coffee.

It is like a home away from home as everything you need is provided by the host - The location was great, everything (main attractions)was within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias are a stone throw’s away. The kitchen was complete(with dishwasher and washing machine). WiFi was strong with 2 TV’s ( was watching you tube and Amazon prime ) . Air conditioning in the room was allowing us to tolerate the heat outside. We were met by our welcoming host Antonio and Carolina when they gave us the keys and showed us the house. They also gave a complementary bottle of Prosecco and mineral water. Mini-fridge upstairs was also useful. They allowed us for a late check out as our train schedule was after lunch. The host were easy to reach via WhatsApp. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
• Manel (9/5): Exceptional place in the heart of Venice - The hosts were amazing. Super kind, so thoughtful. The kitchen was nice and they had some complimentary beverages. The AC had stopped working but they bought a portable AC for our stay! The location is perfect, centric but not overwhelmingly crowded. The house was clean, equipped, and even had Netflix in the two bedrooms. The only thing that was improvable was the sofa-bed that was quite uncomfortable. Apart from that, the stay was a 10/10. The main bed was comfy so it isn't an issue unless travelling with groups of 3+.

They met us at the train and showed us the way to the house (Venice can get confusing); they also helped our daughter find the correct airport bus to join us. Nothing, we enjoyed everything.

• Nadezhda (10/5): The best place to stay in Venice - It was the perfect stay! Hosts met me in the railway station with umbrellas due to the raining weather. In the apartment there were a bottle of Prosecco, two bottles of water. There is all staff in the flat, even heating that i used too. It takes about 15 minutes to get San Marco square. There are a kot of cafe and restaurants near the apartment, supermarket as well. Would like to stay here again! Nothing;)
• Kookyredhead (9/5): Charming little house in a vibrant part of Venice. - Located just off the lovely Campo San Barnaba in Dorsoduro, this little holiday accommodation was a pure delight. The hosts are extremely communicative and lovely, and they will arrange to meet you in order to walk you to the property and show you the facilities etc. The tiny house is very clean and full of character (wooden beams, big old front door, charming worn stone steps etc), and makes and perfect base from which to explore Venice. I have been to Venice twice before and this was my favourite 'hotel' yet. The place is very well stocked in terms of kitchenware, utensils, bedding, towels etc. The instructions for the rubbish, local area, and general information was clear. The adjustable heating made our stay very comfortable and the shower was reliable and hot. The bed was comfy and everything in the building worked as it should. There is wifi and also a television with access to Netflix and Prime which was a great touch. The hosts were easy to reach by Whatsapp if needed. The area is safe and although busy, the house is tucked away behind the square and relatively quiet. There is a small Conad grocery store very close, plus a fruit and vegetable boat a few steps away. You are given two keys for your stay. Check out instructions are easy. We really enjoyed our stay here. This did not bother us, but it might bother others - just be aware that trash and recycling is collected every morning by bin people who shout to announce their arrival and ring the doorbells etc. We liked this doorstep service, but I can see how it could potentially annoy some 'non morning' people!

We were well instructed by them about local shops, restaurants and routes to main local sights. The house location is perfect: - there are several museums and galleries that can be reached in 20-30 min by feet - 5 min by feet to nearest water bus stop - 7 min by feet to nearest supermarket - about 50m to the nearest restaurant on San Barnaba square - about 20 min by water bus to San Marco square

They met me at the train station, left generous supplies including tea, coffee, soaps, bottles of fine Prosecco and merlot, and replied quickly to questions. The location was simply perfect adjacent to Campo San Barnaba. Highly recommended and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Grazie mille per tutto! I liked everything! Just be aware there are stairs, which were not a problem at all for me!

They are exceptional hosts and treated us like family, even checking during our stay that everything was going well. The house was lovely and located in a fabulous artistic area, which wasn't full of tourists. We loved it there and ate in the lovely restaurants nearby. • Bernd (9/5): Great location in the center of Venice. For us it was perfect (300 m away from our language school) - The hosts picked us up at the train station and walked with us to the apartment. They even helped us with the luggage. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We especially liked the big fridge and the freezer. The kitchen (which is also the living room) is a bid dark. But I guesss this is normal for Venice with tiny streets.
