• Silveira (7/5): Bien ubicado, con cosas para mejorar - El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, la habitación cómoda y espaciosa. El desayuno que ofrecen bastante completo. Estuvimos 3 noches y nunca nos hicieron la habitación (cama, limpieza básica) ni cambiaron las toallas, aun habiendo personal de limpieza que veíamos en los pasillos. La primera noche, mientras dormíamos (ya era de mañana 8:00am) abrieron la puerta de la habitación “por error”. La habitación no se puede trancar desde adentro, y alguien con llaves (personal del hotel/ limpieza) puede abrir. El ascensor no funciona, dicen que está fuera de servicio y que lo reparan en ese día o al día siguiente pero no es así. Directamente no funciona y tienes que subir y bajar x escaleras. Y algo para mejorar: la ducha del baño, debería ser con mampara ya que con la cortina se moja todo el piso del baño, no tiene división ducha con resto del baño y se moja todo. Aparte de que no han entrado a hacer la limpieza ni cambiar toallas/ alfombra de baño.

• Eurotrotter365 (7/5): 'Eisheilige' verpfuschen den an sich guten Gesamteindruck der Casa Accademia - Lage und Gesamteindruck - Lage: ruhig, nahe Accademia-Brücke (Vaporetto und Zentrum leicht erreichbar) - Personal: aufmerksam, rasche Reaktion auf Reklamationen - Zimmer: groß und sauber, wenn auch nicht modern - Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Temperatur Wir verbrachten Mitte Mai 2026 vier Nächte im Hotel. Eine Kälteperiode ("Eisheilige") sorgte für tiefe Temperaturen. Im ganzen Hotel war es kalt, insbesondere in unserem Zimmer im 1.OG. Die Frage, ob man die Heizung einschalten könne, sorgte für ein Lächeln. Offensichtlich war man auf höhere Temperaturen eingestellt: Denn das Bett war nur mit einem Leintuch als Bettdecke und einer dünnen Zierdecke überzogen. Im Kasten fanden sich zwei Wolldecken, die für uns nicht ausreichten. Schließlich bekamen wir über die Rezeption zwei Steppdecken zusätzlich. Nichtsdestotrotz kehrte ich stark erkältet nach Österreich zurück. Ähnlich erging es auch einer Bekannten, die in einem anderen Zimmer übernachtete hatte. Zimmer: Ausstattung 'altmodisch' und eher einfach, Betten eher schmal.

• Claudia Patricia (7/5): - La ubicacion Lo primero el ascensor estaba dañado y siendo hotel es obvio que se llega con maletas tocó por escaleras y no tenían una persona que ayudará con el equipaje, la habitación que nos dieron con 2 camas súper pequeñas y desde muy temprano el personal de limpieza comenzaba sus labores haciendo ruido en todo el piso. La verdad no fue la mejor experiencia para el precio que pagamos

Очень доброжелательный персонал, номер был атмосферный и даже с балконом. Очень удобно, что в номере есть чайник, Единственное, что можно вспомнить, это то, что в номере было прохладно, но это из-за резкого похолодания при уже отключенном отоплении, тут ничего не поделаешь. В остальном, никаких нареканий, все очень понравилось, остановилась бы там еще.

• rossella (8/5): soggiorno a Venezia per visitare la Biennale - Struttura di veccia data mantenuta in ordine, camera di ampie dimensioni, arredi modesti ma essenziali, letti singoli con materassi di buona qualità, pavimenti in marmo e ceramica, aria condizionata, colazione dolce e salata di buona qualità, è possibile usufruire gratuitamente di un deposito bagagli e della connessione WiFi in tutti gli ambienti, posizione eccellente molto silenziosa anche se in zona centrale, vicinanza a tutti i servizi e attività commerciali.

• Pieter (8/5): prima uitvalsbasis om Venetië te verkennen. - Voor 9 euro krijg je èn mooi buffet waar je elders al gauw 15 tot 20 euro voor betaald. Het hotel is eenvoudig, beetje spartaans zelfs maar alles prima verzorg en er zijn prestige buitenruimtes op began grond en op de dagen met fantastisch uitzicht. Centraler en tegelijk rustiger kan je bijna niet zitten.

Pur essendoci lo spazio. Neanche un semplice attaccapanni.. piovendo sarebbe stato utile poter appendere impermeabile bagnato. Comodini... Microscopici.. ci poteva stare solo il cellulare.. Nel pieno della notte.. alle 02..si è accesa la luce di sicurezza.. per un'ora e mezza.. non c'era corrente né acqua . Ho provato a contattare i numeri ma nessuna risposta. : un n. Dava una segreteria e un altro staccato. Sono anche uscita andando alla reception ma c'era il deserto nella struttura. Dimenticavo... L 'ascensore era fuori servizio dal mio arrivo.. e io alloggiavo al terzo piano. Il mattino successivo , ho raccontato ai ragazzi presenti alla reception, l' accaduto che non hanno trovato altro modo di giustificarsi dicendo che " può accadere a Venezia " senza particolare attenzione al fatto che sottolineavo.. che nn ho dormito.. e che nn ho trovato aiuto. ( ! ) ... Soggiorno sovente in questa città, ma non mi era mai successo.🤔. Mi spiace ma per me non è stato un buon pernottamento Unica nota gentile dell'accoglienza al mio arrivo, il ragazzo presente, si è offerto di portarmi il bagaglio dovendo fare tre piani

• Tainá (6/5): Muito longe - Há local para deixar as malas enquanto aguarda checkin e checkout Muito longe da estação de trem, tive que passar em inúmeras pontes com mala até chegar. Meu marido quebrou o pé na viagem, nos alocaram no 4o andar e o elevador estava quebrado. Cuidado com horário de checkin, não fazem a noite. Não há frigobar.

Isolation inexistante. 2- La lumière s’est cassée dans ma salle de bain aveugle. Je l’ai signale, on m’a remercie pour l’avoir signalé….Pas facile de prendre sa douche dans le noir.

• Adriana (8/5): - The location is great, very central in Veneza and just for that it's worth the price. The room was quite big with a balcony. Old but well maintained. Does not provide free water bottle tho. For the price it could also provide some sandals, a place to make tea and small amenities like that. Breakfast is okay but not that worth it.

• Kornelia (7/5): Top Lage, absolut basic, aber völlig ausreichend - Die Lage war Top, die Zimmer waren absolut basic von der Ausstattung her aber völlig ausreichend und sauber. Der Kontakt vorab mit der Unterkunft war sehr nett und hilfsbereit Sehr hellhörig, die Badtüren sind kaum zu schließen, alles ist schon verschlissen, wie Beispielsweise die Moskitonetze (die zwar da sind, aber nicht nutzbar waren). Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich.

• Krista (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Toll fand ich die einfache .Dachterrasse und den Hof , in dem man auch frühstücken kann... Das Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen, überhaupt für italienische Verhältnisse.. Es wurde laufend frisch aufgelegt, ohne übertrieben große Mengen, die dann eh nur zu lange liegen. Das hat mir sehr gefallen.

• Grace (9/5): Great stay! Clean and great location! - The staff were kind and helpful. I was easily able to store my luggage before my departure but the room is unlocked so keep that in mind. The room was simple but had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel was clean. The location was very convenient! I would stay again. It was expensive for a very simple room, however the location helped justify the cost. No complaints! There are no reasons I wouldn’t stay again.

The room is excellent and very neat. Few steps from the water buses, restaurants, shops, and cafés. I recommend it with all of my heart. Venice is amazing and romantic with your gondola tour guide. Please reserve your room at Casa Academia. You would love this place!!!
