• Victorien (9/5): Top ! - L’emplacement , la propreté, la beauté authentique du logement ( plafonds ornés , décorations typiques et d’époque, le charme des vieilles pierres), le confort moderne ( électroménager, climatisation etc…), proximité d’un magasin d’alimentation et l’accueil. Quelques bruits des logements au dessus mais rien de dérangeant réellement.

• Adam (9/5): Wonderful stay at Fortuny3967 - So much space, beautifully decorated, we were two families with 9 in total and the house still felt huge. Location couldn’t have been better. Our host was great. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked, but we managed fine to cook for all of us, so not a big company at all.

• beat (9/5): - Die Lage ist nicht sehr einfach zu finden und es setzt voraus, dass man gut zu Fuss unterwegs ist. Die Unterkunft ist super für eine kleine Gruppe. Das Platzangebot ist sehr grosszügig, die Lage ist ruhig, die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.

• Francis (1/5): Wosrt customer service - There was nobody there to open the apartment. We emailed and called and called the owner but nobody answered. Do not book this place. The customer service is very bad. Almost slept at the street at night if we didnt find another apartment to sleep that night. There was nobody there to open the apartment. • Gregory (1/5): Terrible customer service from the owners - Location was good and Milly, the property manager, was very helpful. We had no hot water for 1 of our 2 nights. It was VERY hot and we did a 6 hour walking tour of Venice. When we got back to the house, there was no hot water. Milly tried to help me trouble shoot but it needed a plumber. She contacted her boss who supposedly contacted the owner about a partial refund to make it fair for all. I never heard from anyone other than Milly again. I tried to message them several times through Booking.com app with no response.
• Helen (8/5): Very good - Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and good facilities. Good location near tourist attractions. Excellent value for money. Our hostess Milly was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall, it's a bit formal rather than cosy.
• Metro (7/5): The stay would be perfect if there were no problems with obtaining an invoice. - Extreme problem with receiving an invoice for the stay. We were informed that we would receive it on the day of departure, but almost three months have passed and we still have not received the invoice. I do not recommend it if someone is traveling on business.

• Debra (10/5): Venetian Gem - The house is a beautiful traditional Venetian home with plenty of space for the 8 of us and plenty of individual space for the children. Close to main attractions, supermarket, sites & public transport. The owners left a complimentary bottle of wine and it's a lovely gesture. Would highly recommend. Host was not able to meet us on departure to do inspection for bond refund so accommodated the night before. But then asked if someone could come in to train a cleaner while we were there and was declined as inappropriate. These interruptions interfered with our stay and privacy as paying guests.

Property was very spacious. it was as advertised. property manager was very courteous and helpful. we did not get hot water for shower early in the morning on our way out. ran out of toilet tissues as well. suggestion for host to stock more toilet tissues.

• Katarzyna (10/5): A unique place on the Venice map - Very spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of Venice. Nice palace decor. Clean, warm and in a great location. I really don't know why the ratings for this place are so low, I admit that I was a bit reluctant because of the other ratings before booking, but fortunately, the desire to see this unique place won. This place has my recommendation. No wifi connection - especially since there is a poor reception inside. The bathrooms and kitchen need a bit of refurbishment, although they were clean.

• Graham (6/5): Venice was the star as always but the apartment was disappointing! - The property was spacious and could accommodate 6 adults perfectly with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property advertised air conditioning but in fact there was only air conditioning in the bedrooms not in any of the common rooms. With only one fan provided this meant that you couldn't really use any of the circulation spaces, lounges - when in the property due to the heat everyone really had to retire to their room. There was also no access to wifi which is quite problematic when you may have to download return boarding passes etc. The photographs are also misleading as they show a table and chairs sitting in what looks like a patio but it is not really an outdoor space.
