• Yordanka (10/5): - Комплекса е много хубав. Състой се от голяма сграда с апартаменти и вилички за повече от двама души. Ние бяхме настанени в апартамент който беше много уютен и чист. Имаше и тераса за пушачи. Към комплекса има и ресторант и басейн ,но за съжаление в този сезон не работеха. Иначе ни настаниха много бързо ,както и отговориха любезно на всички въпроси които им зададохме. С удоволствие бих отишла и през лятото когато всичко ще работи за да видя пълната красота на това място.

• Dimi D (9/5): A lovely, cozy complex at the foot of the mountain - The entire complex is great - a collection of small houses and a few larger, hotel-like buildings, situatied right at the foot of the mountain. The house we stayed at was nice and clean, more than spacious enough for 2 people. The lady who met us was super friendly and helpful, she welcomed us and gave us valuable information about a few peculiarities of the area - such as the fact that only one of the mobile phone carriers has coverage, the other two don't. But the wifi is good enough so we had no issues at all. There was nothing I didn't like. The complex is situated outside of the town of Kalofer and you need to drive to get food, which can be inconvenient for some. The wifi signal was great, but if you do need mobile phone coverage, only one of the Bulgarian carriers has it in the area - Vivacom (in October of 2025). Plan ahead if this is the case for you.

• Andreas (6/5): Disappointing and overpriced for the standard provided! - Pool Area. The houses consist of 2 „apartments“ so that the terrace is not private. The walls are so thin that one easily hears the neighbors. The bathroom is very basic: to shower means that the whole bathroom is flooded. There is no kitchen, only a fridge, a water cooker and a sink. The cutlery was not even enough for 4 people and the dishes comprised of 5 plastic plates, 4 plastic „cups“ and a plastic salad bowl, that was it. Therefore it is hardly possible to do self-catering despite the fact that there is no restaurant on the premises. Basic lunch is available at the pool area. No card payment when we visited, cash only! When we were visiting, it was very noisy from other guesthouses nearby where loud music was played from the morning all day long till late into the night out of two to three sources. That was the opposite of what we expected and contradicts the idea of a calm retreat close to the mountains.

• Miroslava (9/5): Nous avons passé un moment agréable en famille. - Etablissement très agréable, situation géographique magnifique et hôtes très sympa. La piscine est belle et propre, c'est une piscine à débordement assez grande et avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Départ idéal pour la rando. Le bungalow est équipé de façon minimaliste. Des plaques de cuisson + une machine à café seraient un plus.

• Nikolay (8/5): - Удобни бунгала с легло ,гардероб и тихи съседи. Има душ от 1 юли отваря и басейна с барчето към него! Нямаше опция да се нахраниш в самото място за настаняване ,но оправихме този недостатък с местният смесен магазин и едно ходене до Казанлък, все пак беше празника на розата и си заслужаваше да се разходим малко!
• CHRISTOS (9/5): Beatiful hotel at a great location in the forest - The location is incredible, very close to the trail leading to Botrev peak, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The buildings are very stylish, with a yard outside each room, complete with garden furniture. The swimming pool was one of the most appealing features of the hotel. There is a nice restaurant nearby. The kitchen facility was not complete enough. There was no way to cook even a simple meal. Also the wi-fi connection was very slow and the shower was not separated from the bathroom floor, which is getting increasingly frequent in Bulgarian hotels, although it is very annoying.
• Milly (10/5): - The owners were extremely helpful and kind. The location was beautiful. The complex itself is faultless and of a high standard set in the hills and at the foot of part of the Central Balkan National Park. Great for seasoned hikers and also walkers. I especially loved the beautiful open air pool and the tranquil surrounding grounds of the complex. Adults and children alike will find the facilities pleasant and most suitable for relaxation and there's a green pitch for children's games and play. It is set in a remote and peaceful area. I highly recommend this beautiful holiday retreat. The rooms are clean and faultless and have fixed insect nets on the windows. Nothing to dislike!

• Ralitsa (9/5): Омайващо наистина - Много приятен нов комплекс, чисто, подредено и в прекрасна местност. Лятото, когато и басейнът работи, предполагам ще е наистина чудесно. Вилите са удобни, чисти и добре оборудвани. Домакинката е наистина страхотна, грижовна, отзивчива, невероятна жена. Няма никакъв обхват за телефоните, но това не е минус на структурата. Те поне са се погрижили да има добър WiFi интернет навсякъде.
• Dimitar (5/5): - Изглежда уредено, макар басейнът и ресторантът (още?) да не работят. Платихме доста за "Entire holiday home" , за да отпразнуваме годишнината си в уединение. Оказа се обаче, че в нашата (доста малка) къща има още една стая, в която са настанени други хора. Стените са тънки и се чуваха разговорите им. Къщите са така разположени, че пред прозорците минават хора.
• Nikoleta (10/5): Прекрасно място създадено с любов и внимание към детайла. Препоръчвам! - Мястото е прекрасно. Стаите са чисти, гледката е невероятна. Домакините са много любезни и приветливи хора. Със сигурност ще посетя отново! За мен като цяло не беше проблем, но в местността има обхват единствено на Виваком. Мястото има WIFI, което е достатъчно за една истинска почивка.
• Plamchoplami (10/5): Комплекс Омайник, Калофер - Обстановката е тиха и приятна. Къщичките са чисти и спретнати. Обзаведени са с всички основни неща, които може да са необходими. Персоналът е мил и отзивчив. Локацията е лесна за намиране. Със сигурност бих се върнала пак.

• Вяра (10/5): - Чудесно място сред природата.Много добър комплекс със създадени удобства за почивка! Чисти стаи и басейн, добре поддържани градинки пред къщичките и в общите части. Изключително отзивчиви и лъчезарни домакини /Ивайло/ от посрещането до изпращането.
• Vladimira (7/5): - мястото е много красиво и спокойно и има много потенциал. бяхме в един от апартаментите и климатик има само в хола, спалнята не се отоплява по друг начин, което значи, че ако сте с деца или приятели, трябва да се спи с отворена врата към спалнята, за да се затопля. Би било хубаво, ако имаше начин да се затоплят и банята и спалнята отделно, особено през зимата. В кухненския кът трябва да се има предвид, че има няколко пластмасови чаши за безалкохолно, купа и дъска за рязане. От посудата липсваха лъжици.

• Yankov (4/5): Разочаровани сме. Грешен избор. - Ново, и на хубаво място Евтино направено. Нищо няма, нож няма, никакви електроуреди, празни грозни мебели, но пък “персоналът” е загрижен, че някой прозорец не е затворен и ти чука на вратата в 22ч. за да ти направи забележка. И няма ресторант. Няма какво да се яде, ако не пътуваш с кола 6~7 км. Разочарован съм.

Our goal was to reach Botev peak (2376 m) - the third peak in Bulgaria and this is the best place to start early in the morning to reach the top (we spent one night in Paradise Hut) and finish and rest in the hotel. We spent two nights with the kids in this place and it was great! Individual approach, many compliments, everything is new! We liked it very much!

Със сигурност ще отидем пак! Не съм сигурна, че ме е минус, но телефоните там нямат обхват( освен Виваком) . За мен беше супер, защото си починах и от това, но за някой друг може да е проблем.

• Deyana (10/5): Изкарахме си чудесно. Препоръчвам. - Много е чисто и домакините са много любезни. Басейнът е чист и добре поддържан. Има мини футболно игрище и много пространство за децата. Площта на комплекса е голяма, има места за паркиране до всяка къщичка. Палачинките са много вкусни. Закуската не е включена в цената.

Цената е висока и то в пъти. 2 кюфтета от готова кайма 6 лв. салата с предимно краставица 10лв. Уважаеми собственици посетете съседна Сърбия, Северна Македония и Гърция да се обучите малко как се посрещат гости и какво се предлага като цени, количество и качество. Имате прекрасно място не отказвайте хората да се връщат и да ви препоръчват.
