The rubbish bins were almost full even before we moved in, so we had to leave quite a bit of our rubbish outside the bins, which wasn’t ideal.

Had all utilities you need in the kitchen, laundry to a collection of DVDs for kids and family to chill out with. Especially loved the seating out side as it had pergola around the decking connecting to the home. Location of the home is fantastic as it about a 10min walk to rosebud foreshore and the playground, including cafes and block away from Woolworth and other shop which is only a 2 min drive.

Felt secure inside the property - entrance is made up of two lockable doors, locked garage, the partition at the front provides sufficient privacy to enjoy the sunroom. Love the sunroom! Lots of space. Have everything we needed for a great stay. Facilities provided are well-thought of! Lounge set didn't look thoroughly wiped clean - white stuff found under the sofa pillows. TV remote control felt "dirty" to the hand. Dish rack is filthy - probably most guests use dishwashers only? One of the face towels smelt awful - used but not washed? Walls are thin - could hear voices from the next room and kitchen very easily.

Beds were too soft for our liking, but I understand this is individual preference. Very minor suggestion, but TV sound could be improved with a sound bar. We used the Karaoke machine via Bluetooth which helped, however a sound bar with ARC would have been better.

The house is spacious, the bedding very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped; it was all fantastic. We had three generations in our group, and all of us agreed it was great. The town is lovely, close easy drives to places of interest. We thoroughly recommend it.
