Ample room for our group of 6 from Qld. Our host Susan sent ample messages to keep in touch and check if we needed anything. How thoughtful to have lots of pantry/fridge/freezer items available for our use. Heaps of crockery and cooking appliances. Nice view and ample swings, cubby, trampoline if you had kids. Great value for money. Couldn’t fault this property.

Home is in excellent condition, suitable for our large family. It had everything a group of adults could possibly want. Need some fans in the upstairs living area when the weather is warm.

Highly recommend - Spacious, lovely views, privacy, nearly everything you could want was available in the house, even though it wasn’t needed by us it had many things available for young children, the owner was amazing sharing all of their knowledge of local restaurants/cafes, shops, activities, it was on the edge of town so not far to go to shops/restaurants etc. Because you are up on the hill, it is a very steep walk down into the town. The owner does mention this in their blurb about the property, so no one should arrive not knowing this.

• Lucinda (10/5): A Slice of Heaven at Habour Lookout - Home was stunning, clean and comfortable situated on beautiful property with wonderful views including night sky. Hosts were exceptional with communication, easy check in, provided many amenities for our comfort including comfortable bedding, towels, pantry and freezer items for breakfast including coffee and tea, vast assortment of kitchen items for meal preparation and a grill which we used. We were able to park our car in the garage, out of the heat, which was lovely. Being on a 6 week trip, use of the washer and dryer were a huge bonus. This accommodation was definitely our favorite during our Tasmania trip. We were made aware at check in that there were issues with internet service that hosts have been trying to address. It wasn’t working while we were there but decided, while inconvenient, we enjoyed the break.

Extremely well stocked and everything had been thought of. Fantastic views and lovely big windows to make the most of the view. • Filippo (10/5): AMAZING HOUSE OVERLOOKING THE BAY. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! - Great views, great sunsets. Great house. Great caring hosts. Plenty of space inside and plenty of balconies. Children stuff in the garden. Kitchen is super equipped. Very clean. Easy to warm in winter (we were here in mid august) despite of its hugeness. Very quiet. If you plan to stay in Strahan this is the place. we had no wifi caused by a storm. Probably already fixed.

• Parteek (10/5): A beautiful crafted home for a cosy holiday. - The access to the property is amazing, with a sealed road/driveway all the way to the property. What blew our mind was to see 4 bedroom, 2 ensuites and a fully serviced laundry in the property. The property was stocked way more than expected, from pantry to kids board games to outdoor activities. The host was approachable, providing necessary information and guidance on the property access and about the town. I have been using shared accomodations for last 10 years, in SA, QLD, NSW, TAS and VIC. I can surely say that it has been my best experience ever. I would love to go back to this proerty anytime, without any 2nd thought. An advice to the hosts, if they could add some more photos of the property. The photos are not clear, in comparison to other properties, who show too much and offer a little. As being a brand new property, a floor plan can always help the travellers to look into it.

It was beautifully prepared and had everything and more that we required. It is a credit to the owners, the grounds were well maintained. It was a great location only minutes from the supermarket and port. My only slight regret was there was no clothes line.

• Karen (10/5): Enjoyable and comfortable, - I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Strahan area. We travelled with another couple, and there was an abundance of bedrooms to choose from. The house was larger than expected, and extremely comfortable in every area. The view was amazing, and it was quite close to the main area of Strahan. The kitchen was amazing, and the whole house clean and suitable for our needs. The host was easy to contact and lovely to interact with. We would definitely stay here again if travelling in Tasmania. We loved everything - cant really think of anything we didn't like.
