• Kathy (8/5): Great to hear sound of ocean and see/hear birdlife and view the night sky on a clear night. Relaxing location. - Seclusion and ample space. Relaxing and quiet. Fridge was iced up in freezer and fridge was only temperate. It appeared settings were wrong and door seals may need replacing. Suggest contents left it fridge should be discarded, as mains power is requested to be turned off on departure. Red lid for garage wheelie bin missing. We were unable to locate The espresso machine shot tamper.

• Catherine (6/5): Lovely house in a perfect location spoilt by poor cleaning - Absolutely beautiful location, short walk to the beach. Lovely balconies to sit in in the morning and evening. Loved the wildlife The property needed a deep clean. The outside BBQ was unusable and the crockery needed washing before using. The freezer need cleaning as did the windows

• Grant (9/5): One of the best breaks I have had! Stunning location, so peaceful and great home to stay at. - Super easy instructions to get there, house was immaculate the moment you opened the door. Breathtaking views, sitting out on the front deck listening to nature, the ebb & flow of the waves at night was bliss.

• Simone (8/5): Overall we had a very relaxing time. - Large open spaces, brilliant views, has everything you need, great heating and the host was very friendly and gave great instruction. Having our dog there was a fantastic bonus. Some sheets and towels had staining and the glasses and cups in kitchen were dirty. Also had only one towel per person for the whole stay. There was no fencing for the dog but we managed.
• Denise (10/5): Absolutely wonderful stay - This place was fantastic. So comfortable, warm, easy and the location is just great. The owner thought of all the comforts and there was nothing we needed that we didn't have. The rooms are big, the heating was great in the cold weather and the entire place was very clean. Lovely proper coffee machine, comfortable couches and beds, one minute walk down to the beautiful beach, the views from the house are amazing. I could go on and on Can't think of anything :)

• Catherine (9/5): The accommodation was extremely comfortable, we felt quite at home. - Comfortable, quiet and extremely close to the beach. Very good facilities and great view. I didn’t dislike anything just a suggestion, it would be good to have a few more hooks in kitchen and bathroom.

• Lan (10/5): Best location comfortable - first the location is the best. Backyard is nine mile beach, most of the time it felt like our private beach because there were no other people. And it's so close to many great wineries, also close to Freycinet etc. We watched sunrise from our room every day and walked on the beach many times.Second, the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well, in the sound of the waves. Heater worked well. We loved the sea view balcony and spent a lot of time there, with coffee wine or just a book. Many birds in the bush. Loved the serenity.Third, facilities, there was gas stove, microwave etc... Standard facilities and BBQ, firepit, kayake....... Most importantly, we love coffee,and there were fancy coffee machine and grinder and beans , and pod coffee, and plunger coffee pot, many choices, only matter was on what level we could be bothered. By the end of the stay our dog refused to leave. We didn't blame her, we didn't want to leave either. Will definitely go back. Nothing

• Merrion (8/5): Overall it was great. - Good location out of town and right on beach. Close enough for trip to Freycinet NP. Missing remote for DVD player- couldn’t watch any DVDs during our rainy afternoon.
