Joaquim Silverio (4/5): Kitnet para casal, nunca familiar - Gostei da localização e da funcionária E uma kitnet para casal e não família Se o casal tiver 1 filho não alugue muito pequena. A e cada não tem cx de água, se acabar a água da rua você fica sem água . Tive que comprar água para tomar banho. E não tem como usar o banheiro. O proprietário tem que colocar uma cx de água urgente para alugar.
