- Sathyand (1/5): Nice place ruined by a cockroach infestation and lack of cleaning - I liked the location, as it was convenient and close to all the shops within the area and was not too far from the dunes too. The house was well-built with plenty of rooms, and it was spacious. The house is infested with cockroaches. We have seen more than 20 cockroaches throughout the home, especially on the bottom floor, on beds, under the beds, in the kitchen, near the fridge, and on the walls. It was disgusting, and we were not been able to use the entire bottom floor and two of the rooms downstairs because of this. As a result, some of us have had to sleep on the couches and the floor upstairs.
The house was not cleaned before our stay. The beds are completely dusty, triggering many dust allergies among us. When you tap the beds, you can see dust particles floating up and plenty of sand. When we asked the property managers they notified us that the house had been empty for two weeks before our stay and it had not been cleaned before our stay.
The floors are dirty and sticky, further highlighting that the place hadn’t been cleaned before our visit.
These issues have made our stay a horrible experience. Given that we have barely been able to use half the house and rooms, and had to sleep on couches due to the unhygienic and unclean conditions, we would not recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay.

- David (7/5): All in all it is a pleasant stay with a spacious house but some of the facilities could use an update. - The property is large and good value for the price. 3 bathrooms is also a welcome addition. Easy and quick walk to the beach and plenty of beds. The property is also well air conditioned and has 3 fridges and an enclosed garage to park in. All of the pans are in need of replacing. The nonstick pans will stick to anything you put in them regardless of oil. Some of the flatscreens are bent or have holes in them so bugspray is a must. The downstairs toilet gets stuck when you flush and it takes some work to get it unstuck.
