- Verônica (10/5): Estadia Master. - Gostei da recepção, do ambiente, localização, conforto, limpeza, casa tem tudo que precisa para uma boa estadia. Tudo perfeito, não tenho do que reclamar.
- MAIARA (9/5): Casa bem localizada. - A casa é muito bem localizada, próxima de tudo, 4 minutinhos a pé da praia. É espaçosa e oferece bastante área para as pessoas circularem com conforto. A área do churrasco também é bem equipada e funcional. O anfitrião foi gentil e atencioso durante toda a estadia. Como pontos de atenção, tivemos três situações: houve um vazamento de água no segundo andar, que molhou apenas o corredor (a água da caixa d’água vazou), o que exigiu uma limpeza e acabou gerando um certo desgaste. Além disso, a garagem comporta até três carros, mas o acesso não é muito prático para estacionar todos. A piscina possui uma escada removível que pode ser instável para pessoas idosas. Minha mãe, por exemplo, preferiu não entrar na piscina por não se sentir segura para sair dela. No geral, a estadia foi boa, mas esses pontos poderiam ser melhorados ou informados previamente pelo anfitrião, a fim de alinhar melhor as expectativas antes da locação.

Rodrigo, muitíssimo atencioso, explicou detalhes da casa toda, deu dicas sobre a região, prestou um atendimento e nos recepcionou carinhosamente. Nota 10! Passamos dias agradáveis. Com certeza voltaremos!

- Stolte (8/5): Great beach house - The location was great. The house was large. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The area felt very safe. The city has water issues that the host mitigated with storage tanks but we did have to call him to enable the reservoir. The roof leaked when it rained. The listing stated there was a dishwasher and 2 pools but there was only 1 pool and no dishwasher. Only 2 of the bedrooms had an AC unit. There was not a view of the ocean.

Os colchoes e travesseiros são confortáveis. A localização é excelente, tem tudo perto. A praia é tranquila, sem muita movimentação (inclusive recomendo a barraca da Ellen, com ótimo atendimento e porções deliciosas com preço justo). A nossa estadia na casa foi muito boa Recomendo com certeza. . A Casa é antiga e precisa de algumas manutenções, obviamente, mas o Rogrido.ja adiantou que está reformando então vai ficar melhor ainda.

A garagem poderia ter portões mais amplos, que facilitasse o acesso às vagas.
