• Vijayakumar (5/5): Unhappy and waste of money - Beds and Bed linens are clean. The apartment is spacious and has European-style toilets!!!! ( No doors) Apt for bachelor's and parties.. I don't recommend it for the families.. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly, although we checked in late evening.., Kitchen Utensils are dirty and rusty, cigarette buds on the floor. When I checked, I got a rude reply from the staff that we can leave, if we don't like it!!! and apply for the refund.!! We had to stay there with no choice. WIFI not working.
• Mark (2/5): Bad! - No hot water in the shower, unable to access the internet on any of our own or my three kids devices after the first night, main double bed mattress so old that had no support and wife slept in one of the single beds and I slept on the sofa, party in the music / recording studio downstairs through the first night and then music again the second night ....unresponsive host....pool table was good though
• Woei (7/5): Good - House is Huge, High Ceiling, Near to Metro Hot water Boiler was broken while we were there which created issues for us, but owner visited us and try to solve. It won’t be an issue if owner fix it after we left. 3 floors house with 2 steep staircases. Not Suitable for Disabled Person

• Christine (8/5): Cool apartment. - The apartment is huge, really cool, but the location wasn't as close to the main area for all the attractions - was a 30 minute walk. Okay during the day but when you've been out drinking then it's quite far, if you wanted to go back, it's not that quick Taxis are available and what we ended up doing. The host was great, really friendly Comfortable stay but overall great especially if travelling with friends. Hot water was limited. One person had a shower and none left for another person. 7 of us stayed so that wasn't ideal. The interconnecting bathroom with 2 door had no locks. This was interesting and we had to use a code of running the tap so we knew somebody was using the bathroom. There's a 2nd toilet but on the ground level. Stairs are really steep, but didn't affect our stay, just be so careful.
• Artem (8/5): A great flat overall but has a couple of bathroom issues. Good location and great for big companies - The location is pretty good - not right in the center but we walked to the city center by foot, also the train station is close to the apartment. The flat is great overall, it has a big comfortable kitchen with an island, contains a good amount of spices and stuff to use - tea, coffee etc, it was easy to cook a breakfast. The rooms on the second floor are private, so there were not too many people per room. It was also possible to sleep on the first floor on the couch. The sofa was quite comfortable. The bathroom has an actual bath as well as a shower. The flat is full of things to host a party (lots of speakers etc.) even though it is not allowed. A terrace is a nice bonus, as well a billiard table. The main problem was with the bathroom. There is only one bathroom. (And 1 toilet on the ground floor.) And it has TWO doors, both of which it is not possible to lock.(!) So it was not quite comfortable if everyone wanted to go shower in the morning. And the hot water ran out super quickly, so it’s either do not spend that much hot water or… I don’t know. Kind of disappointing to not be able to wash the hair. And both of the toilets would get clogged quickly. So think if you’re not up to cleaning up the toilet while vacationing. The second point is that the photos look great but in reality a lot of the furniture pieces were kind of slightly broken and not in the good shape.
• Bradley (2/5): Very poor - The pool table was great, and the one thing we enjoyed. No internet despite it being advertised. Drains blocked upstairs which perhaps happens often as a plunger was close by to try and resolve. Main bed very uncomfortable. Broken and Mismatched Crockery and one small steak knife was the only sharp option to use for meal preparation. Coffee pot supplied with no handle… the list goes on.
• Mariam (8/5): A spacious house in an excellent location - The place is even more spacious than it seems in the photos! We enjoyed the interior. The host was friendly, and always available to answer our questions. The location is also perfect, close to the city center and lots of cute cafes nearby. I believe it lacks some necessary facilities in the kitchen. The internet connection was way too slow. The stairs are very steep, which seems to be the case for many houses in Belgium. That wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for somebody else, so you have to take it into account.

• Marije (9/5): Very spaciousw house at good location - A very spacious house with enormous living room with open kitchen. Great location in Chatelain near nice bars and restaurants. All facilities for some fun are available in the house like a pool table, music box. The mattresses seem a little old but for two nights they were still ok. Contact with the owner was good with quick response. If you are going to Brussels with a group I would definitely recommend this. Just a recommendation. There were not so many glasses for drinks, just a few basic mugs and glasses but for example no beer or wine glasses. All together I think they could invest in glasses and plates a little bit more. Some lights were not working in the big bedroom.

• Lara (10/5): Exceptional - I needed an accommodation for my family as close as possible to my address - this was just perfect. Very spacious, clean, beautiful, all facilities, towels, bed linen, etc. provided. I will book again for them in the same location if they will come or will recommend to friends if they visit in group.

• Valentin (4/5): A pleasant property with a bad host - The Duplex had a great interior design and pleasant atmosphere. There were 3 floors in total accessible at this property, on the first floor a small foyer and a small bathroom with a sink and toilet. On the second floor there was a large studio type room with balcony and a kitchen and more than ample space plus a pool table that was a pleasant add on. On the third floor there were 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with 4 individual beds with a shared bathroom in the middle providing a bathtub, separate shower and a toilet. The property had an iron and a sound system plus a set of drums. Decent Wi-Fi. The stairs from the foyer to the second floor and then to the third, where the bedrooms are,were steep and slippery for socks, not child or elderly friendly at all. On the last day in the property we had to leave very early for a meeting so we put the keys on the foyer table and the door closed shut and locked behind us, we didn't think much of it as it is a common practice to leave if everything is in order, especially as the host had our identity card. Latter in the day I received a message from booking stating that the host wanted 180 EUR for us leaving with the keys and breaking a curtain holder in one of the bedrooms. As we did not leave with the keys and had not broken anything during the stay we wrote him and confronted him at witch point he dropped the accusation of leaving with the keys and started demanding only 80 EUR for the broken curtain holder. I believe it was a ploy to extort money as there was no damage done to the property and the host was being inconsistent in his accusations and showing us repeatedly that he has our identity card - insinuating a threat with that. He also said we left the property in a messy state which was not at all true, as we actuality tidied up before leaving and never even used the kitchen. This was a very unpleasant situation that I had not encountered before in the more than a decade of using booking.com but I guess there will always be situations like this with some hosts inevitably.

• Gopala (8/5): Very good - Very friendly host. Good apartment overall. Nice design. Good bedding. Nice kitchen. The pool table is a nice add on. We had a great stay!! The host went the extra mile to meet our needs which is much appreciated. Bathrooms could have had handsoap, which is, especially, post COVID a basic necessity in every bathroom. The staircase to the bed rooms are steep and narrow and may not suit older people.

Bed rooms and bathroom very large and very comfortable. Everything very clean and the host was friendly. One of the best.

• Thomas (9/5): We had a great, relaxing time - and the kids loved to play pool billiard with us! - We stayed with 3 kids, my wife and myself. As we did a 3 city travel (first Paris, then Brussel, last Amterdam) in 12 days it was really perfekt to get such a nice and big apartment in the middle of these vacation days. We could nicely relax and also could wash our laundry so that we did not had too much to carry around as we were traveling by train. What we licked a lot and was great: - lots of space with WiFi working everywhere - the pool billiard (we played whenever we came back to the apartment 😃) - the small but great Bluetooth sound system (together with the pool billiard it felt like a nice small family party every evening!) So all in all a very nice stay for us. The micro wave was broken but the owner promised to fix it soon. Not critical; can happen...
• Cansu (10/5): Great! Gladly again - The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, it had all the necessary things and was also very clean. Towels were also provided. The contact with the host was also very easy, he was available when you needed in and also very helpful. The location was also totally fine, nearby it has everything you need.
