Araujo De Souza (3/5): - Esperiencia péssima. O valor que paguei foi absurdo 1.978,75, pelo valor a estadia não ofereceu o conforto oferecido. E as fotos é das belezas de Itacaré, cidade que voltarei a visitar. O espaço não corresponde ao anunciado e não comporta 5 pessoas. Sala e quarto são o mesmo ambiente, muito pequeno e pouco funcional. O sofá-cama é de péssima qualidade e desconfortável, e o colchão de solteiro fica em área externa. Na prática, apenas a cama de casal é utilizável. A jacuzzi demora horas para encher e a água é fria. O chuveiro também não tem água quente. Experiência abaixo do esperado

Ana (6/5): Chalet 01 - El sitio es muy agradable, estás apartado de todo, y la gente que está allí simpática y disponibles para cualquier cosa. No es que no me gustara, hay alguna cosa que cambiaría y añadiría. Para mí gusto falta una mosquitera en la cama, nosotros llevábamos la nuestra, sino nos hubieran comido los mosquitos por la noche, a pesar de dejar todo cerrado durante el día y noche. El frigorífico deberían de revisarlo, hace mucho ruido, llegando a ser molesto para dormir. Y otra cosa que considero muy importante son las sartenes y ollas, son de aluminio y el revestimiento está dañado en todas. Por lo demás todo aceptable.

A equipe de apoio tem uma atenção especial com os hóspedes para com a localização da pousada, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável. Não é perto do centro. Tive um problema com o controle remoto,que não estava no local indicado no vídeo, se não fosse o vizinho não teria acesso fácil ao local. Não tem sinal de celular no local. O local é ótimo! Precisa de manutenção na jacuzzi.

Frank (5/5): Nice room but in the middle of nowhere - It all looks nice on the website, the room is ok and big, air condition works. The location is in the middle of nowhere. You need to go 2 km on a earth road and then arrive in the bush. For our bungalow we had to walk down a muddy path. With rain and at night it is a risk.

Ingrid (10/5): Gostei muito do chalé, e aproveitei para descansar, foi uma ótima escolha. - Adorei o conforto. É possível encontrar tudo que é necessário dentro do chalé. A hidromassagem é muito fácil de ligar. A anfitriã te envia todos os vídeos explicativos e tudo que possa ser uma dúvida em outro momento, auxiliou bastante, porque assim não foi necessário incomodar o caseiro.

Olga (9/5): Superb - Staying in Chale was a great experience! Right in the Mata Atlântica with all its sounds! It is not that smooth to get there but it really worth it! The place is clean and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. The service of cleaning is excellent!
