Please note there’s a homemaker who lives and stays in the neighborhood almost 24 hours every day of the week, among his/her assignments he/she performs the maintenance/cleaning of the pool, the green area, and takes care of the animals (horses, cows and chickens).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Daiane (10/5): Final de semana incrível - Tudo muito limpo, organizado. Caseiro nos recebeu com muita simpatia, muito respeitoso e prestativo. Piscina sempre limpinha. Casa com todos equipamentos de cozinha necessários. Quartos todos com lençóis limpos. Sala com sofá confortável e tv Quarto com tv e ar ar-condicionado Árvores bem cuidadas, podadas nem as frutas que cai não ficam estragadas no chão, são recolhidas para manter tudo limpinho. Um silêncio muito gostoso, dormimos com o som da água correndo uma paz. Janelas com proteção para não entrar mosquito. Comemorei o aniversário de 6 anos do meu filho somente a família mesmo avós e os pais Foi incrível meus filhos amaram. Super recomendo. Não tenho nada pra reclamar
