• john (10/5): Excellent value, fantastic views - Second time staying here and my only moan from last year was the bed downstairs but this year must have changed it as had lovely nights sleep. Location is great as long as you have a car but you only ten minutes from the airport and loads of restaurants and shops near by in Kitti. And 100 yards from a lovely beach as you can see in the photo Nothing, can’t wait to return next year, the neighbours are very friendly and if you like cats this is the place to be

• Vera (8/5): Very good - Big place comfortable for 6 people. Good location. There are good restaurants near the house. It was hard to find the place. Bed in the lowest floor was broken.

• John (10/5): Great location lovely views close to beach and big enough for a big family to enjoy - Location was great for us, close to beach but you do need a car as no shops etc within walking distance but knew that before booking Only thing I didn’t like was the mattress was more like a futon type so very thin and uncomfortably, but that did not take away the enjoyment of the stay

• Andrey (10/5): Great deal - Lcation is great. 2 min walk to the sea. It is a bit outside of Larnaca and from the closest shop, but it is easy to travel using public transportation. it is quite area and close to the beach.

• Aleš (3/5): An expensive house with great photos, but it disappoints you. - Nothing, after one night we left the house After 60 days in Cyprus, we wanted to treat ourselves to something further from the city and stumbled upon a tourist trap. We were used to a certain standard at a price level of 80-100 EUR per day. Based on its location and photos, this house convinced us that it could be what we were looking for. However, upon opening the door, we were met with a big disappointment. In short: a poor-quality house with cheap furnishings at the price of a luxury villa. The surroundings of the house will remind you of a dusty yard at your grandmother's in the village. You will have a view of the sea, but also of similarly dilapidated houses in the area. There is a strange smell in the house, the drains don't work properly, the lights flicker in the hallway, and there is blood from beaten mosquitoes on the walls. The kitchenware is chipped. An old dusty umbrella against the sun lies on the balcony. The bathroom door handles are loose, and the sink is so small that you cannot wash anything in it. You will hear every sound from the neighboring house, which is attached to yours, and the walls are not soundproofed. The location of the house is next to a main road, so you will hear passing cars all day, especially powerful motorcycles, whose noise will hurt your ears. The internet had a rating of 10, but after measuring it, it is 12/7 Mbps. With this internet, children can only sit on Facebook, but nothing else can be done
• Anna (8/5): Very good - Very close to beach, apartment nice and equipped, there are good restaurants nearby. We arrived late night and spend few minutes to find a house ( there was sign with number but not really visible at night). But nothing major to complain about apartment itself.
