• Peter (10/5): - Wir waren hier für 1 Monat und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr Wohl gefühlt. Unserer Meinung nach eine super Unterkunft für Urlaub in Zypern. Für uns war hier alles ideal. Angefangen von der Gastgeberin Militsa, sie kümmert sich um alles wenn man etwas braucht, im Quartier war eine Erstversorgung im Kühlschlank Essen und Getränke, Eier von einen Hühnern, frisch gepresstes 1a Qualität Olivenöl,frische Oliven Wein, Bier, Wasser usw., man kann gar nicht alles aufzählen was Militsa als willkommensgaben in die Wohnung legt. Die Wohnung war blitzblank, das Bad neu renoviert, zwei Terassen, eine vor dem Haus (überdachte Pergola) und eine hinter dem Haus. Die Nähe zum Meer ist phantastisch, du gehst 3 Minuten und stehst direkt am Meer und kannst stundenlang Spazierengehen. Parkplatz für das Auto ist in einem kleinen Hof direkt am Haus. Hier genießt man die Ruhe des Dorflebens (Pervolia) und fährt nur 15 min in die nahe Stadt (Larnaka). Für die etwas kühleren Nächte ist eine Heizung vorhanden, die den Raum schnell aufwärmt. Unsere Zeit hier war unvergesslich, wir können das Haus und vor allem die Gastgeberin uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden ganz sicher wieder einmal hier wohnen. Wir geben alle verfügbaren Sterne. • CRISTINA (10/5): Cozy, Charming & Unforgettable! - We spent a wonderful New Year’s week in this charming little beachside house. The house is small but very cozy, with two lovely terraces, a bedroom, and a living/ sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen — truly, it has everything you need to feel comfortable. We loved the peaceful location, just across the street from the beach, the comfortable terrace with a barbecue, dining area, and a hammock that our son absolutely liked, and the beautiful garden full of greenery, rosemary, aloe, and lemon trees. Our host, Militsa, was attentive, warm, and welcoming, making us feel like guests, not just renters. The nearby town of Kiti is full of charm, beautifully decorated for Christmas, with plenty of shops for everything you might need. Thank you so much, Militsa! We truly felt at home and hope to come back again soon. It was an unforgettable stay!

• Zoltán (9/5): I really loved being there, everything was lovely. - Pervolia is a nice place, a developing appartement-area. In a few years, people will find it hard to remember as it is now, but that's a good thing. Kiti citi centre was close, just a small walk where we could do the shopping and all. The house itself is nice and the owners were so lovely they made sure we felt like home. Homemade marmelade and olives, both were delicious, everything set up for use, it was just perfect. Due to it being a developing area, it is currently lacking. This can be considered either positive or negative, I felt it being a bit empty, but this is not the house's fault, noone's actually, just a negative people should consider when booking!

• Gill (10/5): This is our 3rd stay in the little house 🏡 & we will certainly return - What’s not to like, it’s a cute little single story house, Militsa & Aggeliki provide all the necessary & many extra facilities that you could want. It’s perfect for us, comfortable, near to the beach & a short drive from all the shops & restaurants that are needed. We highly recommend staying here. 🥰 Nothing!
• Lynn (10/5): Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay the best holiday ever. - Absolutely perfect place to stay in lovely peaceful surroundings. The hosts have thought of everything, if you need something it is in a cupboard somewhere. Everything from an egg slice to inflatable rings for the sea. On arrival we were welcomed with such a comprehensive list of food and drinks that we had sufficient for a couple of small meals. Everything was provided including eggs, milk, bread, marmalade, olives, cheese, turkey slices and don’t even get me started on the homemade lemonade, it was the best I’ve ever tasted. The beach is literally a 2 min walk from the house and the hosts even provided folding beach chairs, mats and an umbrella for some much needed shade. The beach is beautiful, dark sand and very quiet. On the busiest day I think we saw about 10 people there as opposed to the hundreds on Larnaca beach. I will definitely be back to visit. We would definitely recommend hiring a car as it is such a lovely island to explore. However if you prefer not to drive then there is a bus stop to Larnaca just outside the property. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful little house, it was perfect. We had a third adult join us (pre-agreed with hosts) for our second week and she found the extra sofa bed rather uncomfortable as it was quite short. Ideal for a child but a little difficult for an adult. But it didn’t ruin our stay. We managed. We loved it here.
• Advait (10/5): Exceptional - This house is located literally a 3 min walk from the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is very clean and has every facility we required. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, mosquito repellents, nice outdoor areas in the front and at the back, TV, AC, free parking, travel guides. The hosts are quite courteous and kept regular communication with us, made us feel very welcome. Some food was already stocked up for us, along with homemade lemonade! They also have everything that you'd need to take to the beach - umbrella, chairs, beach beds, toys, etc. We didn't need to buy any beach stuff at all. Moreover, the hosts gave us a homemade surprise, which was the best part! Will definitely stay here again :) Nothing comes to mind
• Sarah (10/5): We'd love to stay again! Thoughful extra touches and wonderful hosts. - The hosts were so lovely and helpful. They'd left some things in the fridge to get us started which was very unexpected, but we especially loved the homemade lemonade, olive oil, grown olives... They sent lots of information before arrival. We had a baby so a cot was provided with a mattress and a small changing table on top. There was also a small duvet and pillow which'd be perfect for a toddler. The apartment was very clean, and provided everything in the kitchen we could need. Out the 'front' there was a lovely shaded terrace with chairs and table, and out the back another table and chairs and sunbeds. Any option you could want for whatever the weather. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, kids toys in a shed in the back, and also some foam jigsaw mats which we found great to put down in the lounge for our baby to lie on. The bed was comfy with good lighting, and good storage. The shutters on the windows worked really well - went shut fully the room was very dark. The local beach really is just a short stroll away and so easy to get to - there is a breakwater so the water is very shallow for a while and calm (during our visit) so very good for kids. The apartment was more than i'd been looking to pay, but the extra touches really made it all worth it. It felt like we could stay any time of year and we would have everything we'd need. There's a closed hotel across the road which didn't bother us (i'm a fan of abandoned buildings anyway!) but it meant the area was nice and peaceful so perfect with a baby. Although it seemed like it would be a bit of a walk to local amenities, it didn't matter as the hosts had set us up with food to get started. We had a car so we drove to restaurant nearby one evening (Theta - highly recommended for a fancier meal out), and it was a short drive into Larnaca centre to explore the old town, or visit a more commercial beach. We had a couple of issues during our stay but we had such a wonderful time we couldn't give it any less than full marks :) A standing lamp in the lounge area would be good, but there were a couple of battery-powered lamps there to use (possibly for outdoor use?) Although check-in was easy from the lockbox, we struggled to find the way into the complex to park the car as Google Maps thought entry was on the side street and not the main road. The entrance is not very obvious. When we arrived in the evening there was only 1 parking space left which we parked in (there are lines painted in the courtyard, although 1 car was parked sideways across 2 spaces). The next morning a lady (a neighbour I assume) banged on the door and shouted at me that it wasn't a space and we weren't allowed to park there. She was very unpleasant and rude. It'd be helpful if the painted lines were changed in the courtyard or if there was a sign for this, though it's not the hosts' fault. Unfortunately for us the BBQ didn't work during our stay, though the hosts did everything they could to help us out. The gas tank ran out so they organised a replacement the following morning. Sadly it still failed to fully light for us, and after a neighbour tried to help when passing by, the host came out to try and fix it themselves. There had been no issue for other guests so it wasn't something the hosts could have known about beforehand and was just bad luck for us.
• Gerard (9/5): Superb - We spent a fantastic week in the house near the beach. The house was only 5 minutes from a lovely beach which had some excellent walks. It was also a 15 minute drive to Larnaca. The house was beautifully presented with everything you could need in the sitting room , kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There was plenty of of outside space with seating front and back. The only drawback was noise from lorries passing the house but we understand that will end in the near future. Our hosts treated us magnificently. They provided so many provisions including milk butter eggs cheese and so much more - even beer, wine, and home grown olives. We were made to feel so welcome. It was a week we'll remember forever. Nothing

• Zuzana (10/5): Very clean, comfortable, super equipped, and quiet place - Everything was perfect, super clean and exceptionally well equipped apartment that was really near the beach, all exactly like on the pictures, very quiet and relaxing, we also enjoyed BBQ very often, but to go out for a dinner it’s a short nice walk. We felt safe and welcomed, the hosts are super nice and solicitous. If we travel to Cyprus again, we will definitely come back here.

The host, Militsa, was extremely helpful and hospitable - she helped to arrange the taxi to/from the airport and made sure my stay was awesome. There were bicycles available in the property and I went cycling several times enjoying the view and nature. The fridge was filled with organic goodies - eggs, olives, lemonade. I definitely recommend this apartment for a vacation any time of the year! :)

• Gill (10/5): We loved it! - We have just returned from a lovely stay at this cute little bungalow 2 minutes from the beach. We did not meet our hosts Militsa & Aggeliki but they messaged us many times to explain things & make sure we had everything we needed. Our hosts supplied everything you could think of to make our stay as good as it possibly could be, from a special little gift, filling the fridge with goodies, bicycles to use, games, shower gel, shampoo etc & even beach towels, which was great as trying to pack everything in cabin baggage gets harder these days. All in all we would highly recommend this little house, if you want a quiet comfortable stay a little bit out of the hustle & bustle. We will definitely be back. Nothing!
