James (8/5): Great location large villa ok for a short period - The location was perfect we landed and arrived really late and was impressed when we go into the villa we had welcome drinks water wine cereal for the kids milk etc The villa is in need of an update sofa was stained tiles were broken and missing decking was broken the pool was filthy until the last day of our holiday when the cleaner turned up
Kelly (9/5): Excellent location would definately stay again - The location for this villa is amazing right on turtle beach just a few feet away . The seas is so clear and blue/green it’s stunning . We swam with turtles on several occasions. On the edge of town so lovely and quiet but only 15 min walk to Protaras strip or a short walk along the coast to lovely bar and restaurants . Nice pool and lovely large villa. Pool cleaned regularly and good clean midway through with new sheets and towels . I feel the location is unbeatable . The surrounding area in a quiet estate of villas was also great . The villa could do with a bit of an update , something’s quite tatty ( kitchen cupboards, tiles , dishwasher missing slats so hard to fill ) The decking around the pool also has lots of screws in not completely flush especially around the edges and gaps where the slats don’t meet , could be a pain if we had children . Saying this it is still a great villa with a lovely location and we would defo ally come again tomorrow .

Tess (7/5): Still enjoyed a lovely stay , although was expecting a little bit more for the money we paid - Location Garden Spacious A few issues that we had did have with WiFi , pool And bbq was dealt with quickly to some degree Needed some attention in places a little tired Could have been cleaner , had to give the kitchen a good clean ! Limited utensils kitchen items Sofa tired and stained BBQ - ancient and dirty Sunbeds tatty and uncomfortable Shower tiles in en-suite black in places ( gave them a clean also ! )
