Guest Reviews
- Eddie (10/5): - Place so quite and very relaxing will refer this property. Mr Bruno is very accommodative . He gave what we need especially additional linens. The bottom shower head must change not good. Need curtain to eliminate water goes to the toilet bowl.
- Mel (10/5): Awesome location - Awesome location, short walk to the tram, great pub across the road and cafes nearby.
House is spacious and has everything you need. Bruno was great to speak with and helped with any queries we had.
- Karyn (7/5): A pleasant stay in a great location. - The location The kitchen is a little tired, The outside area could benefit from a makeover including a BBQ.
- Angelica (8/5): Was good accommodation for our weekend event. - Host was great, clear instructions and information 😀 The master bed was rather uncomfortable
- Murtaza (9/5): -
- Rebecca (8/5): - Excellent location, nice quiet area. Spacious and plenty of room for 5 people. Utensils need replacing, had to hunt for pegs. Hole in security door flyscreen where the lock is.
- Ahmed (7/5): -
- Madison (8/5): - Excellent location, tonnes of food options in short walking distance and quick tram ride into the city. Bruno was accommodating with check in time and quick to reply, great host.
- Sai (8/5): Very good - The location is very prime. Easy accessible for the city. Small size of rooms than expected.
- Karl (8/5): Very good -
- Rogan (4/5): Shabby - It was well located, except for flight path. Shabby except bathrooms. Poor maintenance. Poor cleanliness e.g. cooking utensils, no kitchen cloth for washing up. Needs much maintenance to bring it up to standard. Holes in doors, dirty carpet, patching unfinished.
- Danoja (10/5): Exceptional - Location and the host was being considerate upom our requests. Downstairs shower has no curtain .
- Eric (8/5): Really comfortable and central. Thanks for a great stay! - Did not have any breakfasts, had all the necessary condiments-tea, coffee and spreads.
Excellent location for our trip-walking distance from The Gov No comments
- Samantha (9/5): Superb -
- Leonie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (9/5): Best place to stay - Great location, easy to find and get around town. Host was excellent and quick to reply to any questions. He went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Can't fault a single thing
- Kristy (8/5): Great location, nice townhouse. I would book again. - The location was perfect for us, walking distance to the Entertainment Centre and Tram stop. I didn't receive instructions regarding the key in the lock box prior to arriving so I had to call the host.
- Justine (10/5): Great location excellent facilities and so easy to communicate with the host! - Locations and facilities!
- Andrea (9/5): Superb - Spacious house with good location. Bruno was an exceptional host, we were able to do an early check-in, and the communication and response time was perfect. Our stay was perfect, the only recommendation is to improve the cleaning and condition of the outdoor furniture and cooking utensils.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Both showers were not very nice - they both need new shower heads.
- Carole (8/5): Would stay again. - Location, unit complex was nice. Needed a bit more cleaning but had everything we needed for our stay.
- Ssav (8/5): Good comfortable stay at a great location - Great quiet location, easy to access, close to city and major entertainment facilities. Bruno was responsive and very welcoming. These are only minor but there was a lack of kitchen essentials eg. scourer, additional tea towel, hand towel and some bath towels were a little aged.
- Natasha (10/5): Wonderful 😁 - Perfect location! The surrounding pubs, restaurants and coopers stadium all in walking distance. Definitely value for money. We loved everything about the property.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Family holiday - Great location, central to everything.
Place for your car inside the property behind a roller door.
Nice modern clean Bathroom. Kids loved the bath, wide and deep enough for the 2 of them to have enough room (5 & 3years).
Lots of room to move in and around the property for our young family.
We stayed just short of 2 weeks and there was lots of drawers wand wardrobes for us to unpack everything and not have to live out of bags.
Had a yard and loved the grass, the kids could run around on and play under the sprinkler. Kids could ride there bikes up and down the driveway.
Bruno was very helpful and accommodating. I thought the bed were fine as I am small and around 50kg whereas my husband is tall and heavy set so found the bed too soft and most uncomfortable. A few of the light globes in the kitchen and lounge room need replacing. It is not very bright at night. The draws in the wardrobes could use a bit of a dusting. Occasionally the air quality wasn't that great as there was construction work around the area but this can't be helped when you are in the city.
If you have a Baby who is a very light sleeper, something to be mindful of is there is some very squeaky floorboards upstairs. Had to navigate around the squeaky ones so as to not wake the baby.
- Jinye (9/5): Superb -
- Abdul (10/5): Excellent place and outstanding hospitality from the host. - The best part other than the quality of stay was the interaction and communication with the host. His extended support to allow me with my family to have an early check-in after a long flight was exceptionally appreciated. It's not unlike stuff due to property but rather a built-in status of Australia to have spiders. My kids didn't like them but I am sure they will get used to this without any fear.
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (5/5): Passable -
- Michael (10/5): Quick family get away - Cpmfortable and in a great location Nothing
- Michael (9/5): Good value for money. - The accommodation was spacious with the living area plus a toilet/shower on the ground floor and the three bedrooms upstairs with another bathroom made life for four people a breeze. Having to chase two children up and down the stairs lol.
- Danni (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Norman (7/5): Nice place - Warmer blankets or thicker duvet on beds.
The stairs would be challenging for very young or the elderly
- Tom (9/5): Sensational location and townhouse - Nice quite location in a group of units and well secluded and fairly secure Everything was sensational and very accommodating
Some very minor cleaning issues that where very quickly rectified by bruno
- Katie (10/5): Great spot, great size - Everything was fantastic, good space inside and out. Very convent location and great price. Thank you Bruno for having us 😄 2nd shower might need some TLC but otherwise nothing, was mint!
- Chern (9/5): Good location but parking a bit far -
- Elaine (9/5): Superb -
- Sushila (3/5): Poor -
- Saige (9/5): Superb -
- Trev (10/5): No title - It had everything and more needed for our work stay. Will use again if available. Thanks All was good.
- Jen (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to public transport, easy check in and great communication with host. Some of the cupboard doors were missing, some drawers didn't close properly, the. Clock battery was dead. Just some little issues that easily be fixed with some care and attention.
- Trent (6/5): Pleasant - Location is convenient and a quiet neighborhood. It is spacious and has convenient appliances that all worked well The place needs a good clean. The beds, linens and towels were clean but most surfaces were very dusty, the kitchen surfaces were not clean, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, hand prints and smears on walls, spider webs behind blinds, aircon filter overloaded with dust. After cleaning for a couple hours upon arrival we felt better about unpacking our things and using the kitchen and bathrooms. With some effort the garden would be a very nice space.
- Rogers (7/5): Good -
- Paul (8/5): Good host. money doesn’t lie. - Bruno was great. kept us informed and responsive without being intrusive. the property is good value but also tired. needs some paint on some doors. was clean enough without being spotless.
- Yong (7/5): Good -
- Heathertainu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lyn (9/5): Bruno was super helpful and generous to refund our unused night because of a flight cancellation, and we thoroughly enjo - Location suited us very well, as we went on lots of day trips and found it easy to access all the main roads from Brompton. The size of this townhouse and layout was great for us - lots of privacy and space. There was plenty of linen, kitchen equipment; extras like washing detergent, fly spray, condiments, umbrella, pegs, etc, which many holiday places don’t provide. Private driveway, carpark, back yard , clothes line, rubbish bin, etc made for hassle-free access day or night. Beds were comfy and shower flow was good. Big lounge with blankets supplied - great for watching the World Cup at 5am! The downstairs shower has no collar, and the drain doesn’t collect all the water so it sprays all over the floor and runs out the doorway into the laundry, unless you’re very speedy. No bath mats supplied (but plenty of towels, so we folded one for each bathroom) Bunch of keys a bit hard to work out which opens which doors. Note for rookies: the front door key is a different shape on each set - we thought we were locked out late one night!
- Audrey (9/5): Superb - Excellent location

- Sajimon (7/5): Good -
- Jo (9/5): Superb - Location was great .. neat tidy home, comfortable space .. well presented
