- Kendall (10/5): Peaceful, serene and relaxing, a place to recharge... - The open space, where you could walk around and a boardwalk to the Tamar River. The accommodation was great, a place to relax and recharge, watch the local wildlife. Awaking to the birds in the morning, So peaceful and away from traffic.
Continental breakfast had a good variety of cereals and condiments. Also included were some snacks to nibble on.
Every room in the house has a view.
Enjoyed talking with Nicky and Rob, the were so friendly and helpful, gave us information what was available in the surrounding areas.
- Scott (9/5): Stunning, natural setting. Spacious accommodation. - Spacious, wonderful setting with wildlife and birds. So relaxing. There were blackberries everywhere to pick and enjoy. Gorgeous location. A little tricky to cook without an exhaust fan.
- wendy (9/5): - Stunning
- Sam (10/5): We stay here every time we are in the area. It’s a wonderful accommodation and the hosts are fantastic too, always goin - Comfortable and beautifully appointed. Nothing - we love it.
- Judy (10/5): Wildlife at the window - This was such a lovely property. It was reassuring as a solo traveller to be greeted on arrival, and to be given some tips on local walks, what wildlife to see etc. This property is perfectly located for exploring the Tamar region. It is well equipped for your stay and clean and comfortable. I scored a bonus with not only seeing the wildlife right outside the window, but I also had a great view of the lunar eclipse.
- Paola (10/5): - Very comfortable place. The people who attended us were so kind.
- Derek (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing stay on this acreage property, with all I need is taken care of, location was very central - Absolute pleasure to have stayed on the acreage property with views of the garden, with local wildlife and birds and easy access to the river for a great walk. It was clean and modern and very well equipped. With many extra little goodies thrown in.
- Stephen (10/5): Lovely cottage in tranquil surroundings - Lovely property with access to a walking track through a forest beside the river. The cottage was spacious and very comfortable. A healthy continental breakfast was provided, and Nicky was very helpful in providing information on where to go in the local area. All good

- Michael (8/5): A quaint b&b in a quiet neighbourhood that services both Launceston and the Tamar Valley. - The River Walk B&B was quiet and immersed in nature. A really nice place to get away from the city and noise. Nicky met us on arrival, was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and things to do/see. The property has a lot of native wildlife as well as access to a walking track that adds to the experience. The unit itself is practically a home with a single bedroom, having more than enough space and a comfortable bed. Overall a good base to explore Launceston and the Tamar Valley. Although the property is generally clean, we had a few issues with bugs during our stay. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was an added stressor to our stay. And although the mattress was pretty comfy, it does need a good vacuum.
Overall, everything was surface cleaned but perhaps some areas would benefit from a deeper clean. Not a deal breaker, but just a few honest notes.
- Clark (7/5): Enjoyed our stay but possibly wouldn’t go there again. - Wonderful unit.
Loved opportunity to go on beachfront walk.
Found the landscaping interesting. Must have terrific blackberry picking when in season. Position of unit was lacking in some privacy so we didn’t feel we could enjoy the morning sun.
Breakfast had limited selection and quantity but was adequate
- Peter (9/5): Nice hosts, nice accommodation, nice location. - Location, stylish accommodation, wildlife N/A
- Raymond (9/5): Super locatie. - Hele mooie locatie. Rustig gelegen en zicht op een tuin vol met wilde diertjes. Ruim huisje met alles erop en eraan. En hele vriendelijke eigenaren die je met rust laten. Als ik echt moet gaan zeuren dan is het keukentje wat klein.
- Mailey (10/5): -
- Merinda (9/5): Wonderful Property - really great stay - This is a really BIG self contained property, its very comfortable. Shower is small, could be a problem for bigger people
- Joel (10/5): - Stunning property
Easy check in
Staff were incredible Nothing at all! Beautiful!
- Ty (9/5): - Spotlessly clean, lots of communication before arrival. Lots of wildlife right out side your window in your own very large garden . Nothing to dislike. You would need a car in this rural location.
- Peter (9/5): -
- Cathy (10/5): - Amazing. Excellent stay.
- Bronwyn (10/5): Great location and very comfy bed - It was a great location with feeling out being away from the city but less than an hour from the airport. Comfortable bed. The bedroom feels luxurious The kitchen is small so would be difficult to cook complex meals (I went out for dinner).
- Sue (10/5): We thought this place was a real gem, would have liked to stay longer. - Lovely place with plenty of room for two. Really cost place and great bed. Breaky and other treats provided were great. Close to the Rosevears Hotel. Lovely hosts. Nothing

- Andrew (9/5): - The location of the property is near the Tamar River and there is a nice walk down to the water and along the river edge. It is a quiet location. It is convenient for exploring the area and about 30 minutes from Launceston. The kitchen is fairly simple but fine for breakfast.
