- David (9/5): On the Bay Apartment (Unit 15) wonderful. BYO wifi and linen/sheets. - Fantastic location. Unit 15 is the 2nd top floor, and so it is protected from the heat of the roof by the unit above.
Quite a lovely outlook, while it is not waterfront itself it does have a beautiful view of the passageway, and the canal water lock nearby.
The elevator makes it so easy to access, and there are convenient stairs as well.
The pool was very clean.
The real estate staff were kind to us with our final day being tricky to depart with our little daughter, and we greatly appreciate that kindness and patience. Please understand we enjoyed our stay here, the following are just suggestions!
We did know in advance that the unit had no Wifi. We brought our own wifi system, but would be great if unit15 had its own to help us reduce lugging stuff like this for the holidays. The wifi we use for ABC kids and kids relaxing music on our daughters ipad (which doesn't have 4G).
We also knew in advance that you have to supply your own linen. Again, we had no trouble doing this, but just on a family holiday if this were able to change in the future it would make one less thing to transport to our holiday.
We discovered one of our days that someone unknown to us had parked in the unit15 marked spot for the day, so we had to park outside the secure gate that day/night since there are no unallocated spaces inside.
The unit could do with some fly screens on windows and doors to allow breeze to be used instead of aircon due to flys.
The ensuite shower hot/cold sign spins freely, so initially we found hot was cold and cold was hot. Needs to be secured in the correct position to avoid surprise hot water encounter.
- Kylie (5/5): - Good Location, spacious, nice balcony with outdoor setting Sofa/lounge not suitable comfortable to sit/ relax on, bathrooms needs good scrub, toilet seats are stained and could do with being replaced, Bbq listed on booking but no bbq for the unit or the property,
- Robbie (8/5): Very good - Had stayed before and have booked again for next month!! Broken louver between main area and main bedroom, no aircon in bedrooms, but everything else was fine.
- Josephine (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. - Spacious lounge kitchen area. Lovely view from balcony looking over Pumicestone Passage. Great location to supermarket abd other stores. The electric jug failed. We reported it. A new one wasn't supplied while we were there.

- Lynette (8/5): The apartment was very nice. Close to everything. Perhaps a longer stay to enjoy pool etc. - The location was within close proximity to amenities that I wanted. Apartment was lovely. Perhaps ceiling fans in bedrooms. No wifi, but one can adjust with hotspotting.
- Corrie (1/5): The investor who owns this and the property group, Firdt National Bribie Island, do not deserve your money, they charge - Horrible experience! Dirty, run down apartment, nothing worked, very expensive and don’t provide towels, bed sheets, too cheap to invest any money but want top price. Do not rent this place!
