Bec (2/5): Never again for the amount we paid would expect a lot more comfort - Location Lights kept switching off at the power box Rat in pool Spa smelt really bad and had a layer of scum on the top definitely wouldn’t use Dirty dishes Tv in main bedroom didn’t work Air con temperamental Kids games all broken
Clare (6/5): It has the potential to be lovely but for the price, it lacked a lot of the finishing touches you’d expect. - Great location and has the potential to be amazing - lovely pool area and very spacious property. Lots of finishing touches missing and the place just needs a bit of TLC. No shampoo or shower products, the washing up liquid was empty, we couldn’t get the TV in the kitchen area to work and the wifi also wouldn’t connect so we couldn’t use the Sonos.
Claude (5/5): Beautiful place but needs some TLC to get everything working as advertised - The staff member I spoke to from MPHA was fantastic and very accommodating to our needs. Great communication and understanding. Location is perfect. Close to everything in Sorrento. House is fantastic with great living and kitchen/meals area. Good size bedrooms and a great outdoor space. Hot water system seemed inconsistent. One minute or two in the shower with nice hot water and then suddenly cold as ice. Property advertised with heated pool but the pool water was freezing and previous reviews also mentioned pool was cold. This says to me that the owners are not looking after the place but are happy to take your hard earned cash. Fantastic big screen TVs throughout the house but the TV in the main living area did not work at all no matter what I did and we couldn't get the WIFI to work at all. Again this was mentioned in previous reviews. We gave the owners the benefit of the doubt but seriously guys sort this stuff out or don't mention it as a feature of the house at all.
Wayne (7/5): Very enjoyable - Great Location. House was lovely and the pool/spa and BBQ area excellent. Disappointing that there was no air conditioning.
