• Camila (8/5): Ótimo, porém não pelo valor pago. - A casa é realmente bonita, porém o ponto forte não são as instalações e sim o trabalho do Danilo. Uma pessoa excepcional, super atencioso, gentil, nos ajudou com jota agilidade e simpatia com tudo desde nossa chegada a pequenos problemas que tivemos durante a estadia com falta de água e luz. A decepção ficou por conta da “PISCINA”. Quando alugamos, as fotos encantam tanto que você não lê as pequena palavras na foto que diz “piscina rasa” kkkk piada. Era um quadrado de lava pés. Ficamos muito tristes e decepcionados. A casa em sim é realmente linda, mas quando vc chega e não tem a piscina que era o grande chamariz nas fotos, vc repensa o valor pago. Voltaria? Sim, mas jamais pelo preço pago. O custo benefício não vale não tendo uma piscina.
• Leila (3/5): Not worth the money, unprofessional management - The view is priceless and the jacuzzi worked well When we arrived one of the rooms was not ready and did not get cleaned and had no bed sheets. We informed the people directly that we needed all the rooms of the house as we booked the whole property. The bathroom had hairs from previous people in the sink, the bedsheets that were left were dirty from previous people. They did not manage to fix this issue, and after 24h and several attempts to contact them they they finally managed to tell us that there are clean sheets under one of the beds. We endet up cleaning and setting the other room up ourselves. At the price we paid, I don’t think this is what one would expect. The location is right in a construction side, with loud noice going on during the week all day from 7am to 6pm. The steam room does not get hot, the oven did not work, the blender does not work, there was only cold water in the shower in one of the rooms, the water in the sink regularly stopped flowing, sometimes the showers randomly stopped giving water.
