- Reis (7/5): - Fui muito bem recebida pelo Natan, realmente tem uma pequena praia em frente ao local que é só descer as escadas e atravessar a rua. Praia tranquila sem onda forte para quem busca descanso. Infelizmente não tivemos sorte em relação ao tempo, de uma semana aproveitamos apenas dois dias bons de praia. Então ficamos mais tempo na casa, e como teve muita chuva, acabou a luz, tinha goteira na sala e no quarto. A jacuzzi estava inutilizável e logo entrou em manutenção. Senti necessidade de mais alguns utensílios na cozinha, mas deu pra se virar.

Fui iludido por avaliações anteriores do booking Limpeza a cada dois dias, troca de enxoval 1 vez em 8 diárias , secador de cabelo deu problema, ar condicionado deu problema, internet noa quartos funcionava precariamente, entrada e saída perigosas principalmente a noite. Pelo preço pago, saiu caro demais.

De ter que ir embora!
- Monalisa (7/5): boa! - o lugar é realmente bonito, com uma vista linda! na chegada, tudo na casa estava bem limpinho. ao chegarmos fomos bem recebidos, mas depois fomos meio esquecidos pelo funcionário e dono do lugar, pois avisamos mais uma vez sobre a chave que não estava abrindo uma das portas, e também sobre o ar condicionado que estava pingando demais em um dos quartos e formando poça de água, nada foi feito em ambas as situações. a jacuzzi também estava bem suja e permaneceu da mesma forma durante os 3 dias que passamos lá. não gosto de escrever críticas negativas, mas ficamos bem chateados com isso :( e se pudermos deixar uma sugestão: luzes amarelas na área da piscina deixariam o ambiente mais claro e convidativo para os hóspedes.

O condomínio também foi ótimo, tem uma praia atravessando a rua e foi disponibilizado cadeiras de praia e guarda sol. A acessibilidade da casa é difícil, tem muitas escadas dentro e fora. A internet foi difícil de pegar, mas o 5G funciona normalmente.

- Adan (7/5): Não vale a pena se chover, mas o lugar é mto bom! - A casa é ótima, funcionário muito bom, tem serviços na pousada o que torna mto interessante. Só tem banheiro dentro dos quartos, não tem lavabo na casa. A casa vira uma piscina quando chove, tanto no andar de cima quanto no de baixo. Escorreguei na escada molhada e machuquei o braço e o pé, um perigo.

The kitchen appliances are very basic. But in perfect condition. Another thing is to use the jacuzzi is allowed 20 minutes only and this is nod in the advertisement. One off the bedroom the air-conditioning leaking inside the room( it was reported and fixed) During the heavy rain theres a leading fron the kitchen roof and staff supplied a matt to contents the wather.

A casa é completa, a cozinha tem todos os utensílios, até uma cafeteira de cápsulas, além de outra comum. Para nossa surpresa, a acomodação havia nos deixado café e saches de açúcar à disposição. Nos quartos havia produtos de higiene, roupas de cama e banho. O Natan, nosso anfitrião, muito simpático e solícito nos assessorou em tudo. Antes da nossa chegada já nos oferecerem sugestões de lazer e passeios de barco. Foi um passeio incrível, inesquecível. Da hora de ir embora.

- N'deye (8/5): Un séjour au calme à Ilhabela ! très reposant et beau logement - Au calme et dans la nature. Très belle vue sur la mer et tous les équipements étaient présents dans le logement. Bel établissement avec acc-s facile à la plage, environnement très calme et loin du centre et son brouhaha. Les photos sur booking ne montrent pas la deuxième chambre qui est pour le coup moins glamour et qui donne sur l'arrière cour. Initialement nous avons réservé ce logement en pensant que les 2 chambres avaient vue sur mer. Le reveil tous les matins à 4h30 par le coq était moins plaisant également.

Todos que nos atenderam oferam extremamente atenciosos e gentis A localização é boa, a vista é perfeita! Não me recordo de um defeito.. realmente lá é muito incrível, bonito e confortável. - caroline (4/5): - Gostei muito da casa em si, bem localizada quartos bons e ambiente aconchegante Não gostei, pois não anúncio não foi explicado que era um "condomínio" de casas, e que teríamos.que dividir a jacuzzi ou a piscina com as outras pessoas que alugaram as demais casas. Eu não me senti confortável em deixar meus filhos sozinhos com outros adultos dentro de uma jacuzzi, então as crianças ficaram bem tristes em não poder brincar mais. As cortinas e sofá, tinha cheiro de guardado e vocês precisam rever isso, para quem tem rinite alérgica é um perigo. Poderia ter sido melhor, esperava mais ( ficamos mais na praia do que na casa )

Communication is the biggest issue when it comes to problem-solving. I tried to postpone my stay with no success at all. In the end, we stayed on the planned days. It was a good time anyway..

You can do some snorkel in the beach that is across the street. they have a food truck in the property that offers you some snacks and beverages and also give you a chair and beach umbrella on request. the swimming pool is great, with seawater. the view from the room is amazing. the full window view in the living room is great. they have parking area.

- Geoff (7/5): Overall good accommodation in a great location. - The location and staff were excellent. Great nearby beach and view. Beds were comfortable. There were some small issues with the accomodation, air conditioning in the main bedroom didn’t work, main door was very hard to lock, the staircase wasn’t safe for a 3 year old child.

- Thomas (7/5): Good - The view was great and the apartment is nice with big windows to enjoy the view. There is a nice beach just below the property and also a nice deck to take sun or relax in the shade. The bedrooms has air conditioning. Natan was very friendly and helpful! There is a LOT of mosquitoes!!! The place is quite remote, so no restaurants, bars, etc. without driving to town. It was difficult to find because there is no clear signs from the road.

- Kaisa (10/5): Beautiful place with an amazing view at Ilhabela - The view and accommodation at Casas Do Mar was amazing! We've not experienced anything like quite it. Would surely recommend it to anyone! Friendly and helpful staff as well. We also enjoyed the pool and the beach in front of the building very much. Thanks for everything! It would have been perfect if there would have been a dishwasher or hot water coming from the sink in the kitchen. We'd definitely recommend bringing the right kind of insect repellent, cause we had bad experience with a lot of them even if we had something with us. Or maybe just keeping the balcony doors closed the entire time. Also, like most places in Brazil it will be difficult to communicate in English.

- Iris (9/5): Superb - From beginning to end we had a lovely experience! We had issues finding the place but the host and staff helped us even during late night. The place was incredible, had a hammock and we could see beautiful birds (toucans), the ocean and the mainland. The kitchen had everything you need, coffeemaker, plates, cuttlery, oven, fridge. The pool is lovely and the view from it, incredible! Between the location and beach/ocean there is the street, when you have the window open you can hear the traffic a bit, closed it is fairly ok. The driveway to the place is steep and bumpy, be ready :D Depending on the season and weather it can be fairly humid
