Perfetta per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Grazie di tutto, sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Cipro ti prenoterei. Eravamo in 11, l'unica chicca ... C'è ci voleva un bagno in più con il lavandino. Ma comunque co la nostra capacità di adattamento siano riuscì ad organizzarci.

The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home (and even more). The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is tidy and well stocked, and the outdoor area/pool was perfect—exactly as shown in the photos and even more beautiful in real life. The hosts were kind, responsive to any questions, and took care of every small detail. We received a warm welcome and truly high-level service. The location was also great and convenient—quiet and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, pampering stay.

The house was extremely spacious, comfortable, furnished down to the smallest detail, perfectly clean down to the spot, and very well decorated .The host was very welcoming and waited for us to greet us in person and show us around the whole property.

• Thomas (10/5): Limassol, Efrem house - Andreas is one of the best hosts out there . I have been a host my self for four years. So I can see the amount if work he does. The place is bigger than it looks in the pictures, with a nice backyard and places to chill. Nice neighborhood as well, good location as well. Everything is close by. But the kicker in the property are the hosts . They are super helpful and extremely nice. Very accomodating. Highly recommended place .

• Daniil (10/5): Ξεκούραση σε Λεμεσό!! - Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ ευρύχωρο επίσης για εμένα που είμαι με αυτοκίνητο είχε τρομερή τοποθεσία δηλαδή πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά για να ξεκουραστείς και όχι πολύ μακριά από το κέντρο. Ιδιοκτήτης κύριος Ανδρέας πολύ πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει. Το πιο σημαντικό ειδικά για Λεμεσό για τέτοιο σπίτι με την τιμή που είχε δε νομίζω να υπάρχει κάτι καλύτερο.

• The Adventure Life (10/5): The best property in Cyprus! - Where to begin? The property is absolutely beautiful, with a private driveway to park on, with a gate that closes behind keeping the property secure. Inside, the house is designed beautifully, with everything you could need and air-conditioning in every room. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The owners were fantastic and so helpful! Unfortunately, the airline lost my suitcase, which meant I was late arriving, but they were so helpful and understanding, with Andros even offering to lend me some of his clothes! (The man literally offered me the shirt from his back! A true gentleman). The location was perfect, set on a quiet side street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. When we come back to Cyprus again, we will be staying at the same place, for sure! 10/10! Nothing. It was all perfect.

• Natalie (9/5): Plenty of room, very homely - The owners were very welcoming and helpful. It's got plenty of room and good parking. They have tried to make it very homely which isn't to everyone's taste. Beds comfy, there was a bath which was much appreciated for me. Although not sure they like you to use it as only shower works. Location just half an hour walk to limmasol and close to other shops. Good location for driving everywhere. The main sofas were uncomfortable and there is a lot of decorative stuff round the house and I wasn't keen on the sign or being told to keep lights and air con off when out or I'll be charged. I get it and wouldn't anyway -but as they also live upstairs I felt a bit monitored. But that said they were lovely people.

Sur le descriptif du contrat, figurait deux salles de bain , en réalité, il y avait une salle de bain avec baignoire et une douche en très mauvais état dans un couloir !

• Artur (10/5): - Apartament jest naprawdę duży, we wszystkich pomieszczeniach jest sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja, w chłodniejsze dni można wyjść na duże patio, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, można bez problemu przygotowywać posiłki.
• Adam (10/5): Polecamy serdecznie!! - Pobyt minął nam bardzo szybko i przyjemnie. Właściciele są bardzo przyjacielscy i pomocni. Apartament jest praktyczny i można poczuć się jak w domu. Nie brakuje niczego jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie kuchni i mieszkania. Zarówno taras jak i ogród są miejscami w których można posiedzieć i odpocząć. Jest miejsce żeby zaparkować samochód. Okolica spokojna i bezpieczna. W odległości 5 min sklep czynny całą dobę. Polecamy serdecznie!!! 👍 Brak

• Thomas (9/5): Eine große Wohnung, in der man sich wohl fühlen kann. - Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut und modern ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses, in dem auch die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt und abseits der Touristengebiete war für uns genau richtig. Direkt am Haus befindet sich auch der Stellplatz für den Leihwagen, sodass dieser sicher stehen kann. Man sollte vielleicht wissen, dass der ÖPNV in Zypern nicht besonders gut ausgebaut ist, zumindest nicht in Limassol, sodass die Wohnung besonders für Leute geeignet ist, die einen Leihwagen haben. Wir waren zu zweit, aber es können locker 6 Leute ohne Enge dort wohnen und sich wohl fühlen. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre schön 😉
