The convenience of the electronic front door lock made locking up easy. The cleanliness could be better as we came across a few hairs on the bathroom bench top and in the shower. The absence of fixed shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the shower.

This property was used to get ready for my wedding with all my bridal party and I could not imagine it anywhere else, the garden was absolutely beautiful for photos and the house was perfect for all of us.

• Connor (10/5): Quiet location, super comfy and roomy. Excellent comms - smooth sailing for an otherwise stressful trip - Such a beautiful area, house is gorgeous so spacious. Dogs were content and comfortable too We loved it all. One minor thing was the queen bed mattress is a bit slanted to one side, I had to sleep on my side and only face one way without feeling like I was lying uphill. Everything else was perfect though

• Veronica (9/5): Comfortable house for a Mandurah break, well suited to children - Great location 5minute walk from beach and 7min walk to Cafe and children's playground.Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were modern.Washing machine and dishwasher worked well as did the oven. Easy 8min drive into town or 20min cycle.Great adventure playgrounds nearby 5min drive.Good safe enclosed garden for children, with lawn for kids to play on. We had a few chilly nights and the main reverse cycle heater was very noisy so you could not watch TV as if you turned TV up the children would hear it and not go to sleep.

Better weather would have made the close proximity to the beach very inviting. Extremely rough unseasonal weather no one can predict this. This is in Western Australia no where near San Remo Beach

• Samuel (10/5): Felt like home away from home - Gorgeous house in a lovely area. Spacious, and exceptionally well appointed and equipped. Steph was very responsive, helpful and welcoming. It made what was a busy trip much easier and less stressful. Walking distance to several parks was great for the kids. We had two larger vehicles and could understandably only fit one in the garage, the driveway is steep and parking the second vehicle on the incline made me a tad anxious, however wasn't a problem.

The information book could be updated a bit as it mentioned heating in the bedrooms, but there was no heating. This was explained when I mentioned that we couldn't find the remote.
