• Anita (7/5): Veliko potenciala, vendar potrebno temeljito čiščenje - Nam je bila zelo všeč lokacija, ki je zelo mirna, na hribu, kjer je prijeten veter, ni prevroče. Tudi zunanji del z bazenom je lep, zelen, res za pravi odklop. V bližini je veliko prijaznih muck, ki so še posebej osrečevale naše otroke. V nastanitvi je ponujenih veliko stvari: pričaka te voda, sredstva za pranje posode, tablete za pomivalni stroj, geli za tuširanje, kreme za sončenje, prašek za perilo. Vsega se res razveseliš, da ne rabiš takoj v trgovino. Celotna hiša bi bila potrebna temeljitega čiščenja, od tal do stropa. Tudi notri po omarah. Nekatere omarice v kuhinji razpadajo, pomivalni stroj je stopljen od znotraj, kolesc sploh nima-ampak začuda še dela. Najhujši problem, so mravlje, ki so povsod. Nobena hrana ne sme ostati na pultu, ali v omari, vse je potrebno dati v hladilnik. V zgornji kopalnici je zelo slab pritisk vode v umivalniku, malo bolje je v kadi.
• Doug (9/5): A heavenly haven. - The owners were fantastic. The location was fantastic. The pool, air conditioning, fans, kitchen equipment, barbecue area were also fantastic. Everything was clean and tidy and everything we needed was provided (towels, crockery etc). The coolbox and the washing machine were the icing on the cake. So helpful. We used the coolbox every day. (Even the visiting cats were nice, as were the praying mantis' in the garden, the carpenter bees, the visiting swallows, the eleonora's falcons overhead, the sardinian warblers roosting in the bougainvillea, the sweet, tiny, Kotschy's gecko visiting the shower room downstairs, the agamid lizards on the walled-hedges and the ever present laughing doves). Nothing!
• Jeroen (10/5): Geweldig huis op mooie locatie - Het huis heeft een fijn zwembad met de gehele dag zon. Twee keer per week wordt het zwembad schoongemaakt. Mooie grote parasol en fijne ligbedden. Het huis is gelegen in een ruste omgeving boven op de berg. De bedden zijn ook perfect. Grote koelkast met ruime vriesruimte Smart tv. Restaurants op 1 kilometer vanaf het huis. Bij captain bay hebben ze heerlijk Troodos ijs als toetje. Niets

• Ian (3/5): Great quiet location, but needs attention. - We had a pleasant stay at this villa. It's located in a quiet and private setting—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful, secluded surroundings were exactly what we were looking for. Just be aware that a car is essential, as the villa is somewhat remote and not within walking distance of shops or restaurants. Overall, it's a great place to unwind. Everything functioned well, although the water pressure was occasionally intermittent. We recently stayed at the villa and while it has great potential, it’s in need of some attention. The property would benefit from a deep clean throughout, as certain areas felt neglected. Some parts of the villa are quite tired and dated, and could do with upgrading and modernising. A refresh in terms of decorating would go a long way, and removing some of the clutter would help make the space feel more open and welcoming. One major issue was the presence of biting ants, which seem to be a recurring problem noted by previous guests as well. They appeared from multiple areas of the villa and clearly need to be dealt with by a professional pest control service. With proper cleaning, some updates, and pest management, this villa could be greatly improved.
• Lucy (9/5): A wonderful place to relax and chill after a day at the beach - The villa is really lovely! The pool is a decent size (not huge) but enough to swim and relax. There's BBQ area and sitting area, so it's lovely to come back after a day at the beach and chill It wasn't really walkable to the beach in the heat, so definitely hire a car
• Gabrielle (10/5): Lovely well equipped Villa close to Pissouri Bay - Lovely villa in a very peaceful location close to Pissouri Bay. The Villa is spotless clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The outside is very private with a pool, bar b que area and a covered patio. The bed i used was very clean and comfortable, This Villa is exactly as described on booking.com. It is located up on a hill so a car is needed to get to the bay, that takes approx 3 minutes. The owners are always on hand should you need anything and I found this very comforting. There was nothing I didn't like about this lovely villa.

• Fiona (9/5): Would stay again. - Very nice quiet location, only two of us so villa was spacious, pool lovely and clean. Kitchen very well equipped, nice area to dine outside also lounge area outside with canopy for shade. Half an hour walk to beach but free parking there anyway. Same for restaurants but like a walk after dinner so not a problem.

• Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - Quick replies to my queries and very helpful owners. The peace and tranquility of the villa really was bliss. Quite possibly the most relaxing holiday I've had! Yes there are cat's about, but if you don't feed them they wander off. The location is up a very steep hill from the beautiful bay, but in our 50's, we managed. Taxi's are plentiful and very helpful. Car hire would be ideal if you want to explore further however for us we just wanted to relax and unwind, so the occasional taxi to the supermarket etc was fine. The villa really has all you could need. WiFi was great and the peace and quiet deafening....😉 Definitely coming back! Nothing!

• Panayiota (8/5): Very good - Home from home everything you need was there. Perfect location peek of Pissouri you get a lovely breeze, you definitely need a car to get around! Garden furniture very uncomfortable need changing, apart from that it was a lovely holiday!

• Roman (10/5): Wonderful villa with everything needed for holidays! - The villa is excellent! It has everything needed for holidays: garden with shade, a swimming pool which is cleaned twice a week, a covered parking, a/c, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It is placed on the hill outside of the busy area, so it is absolutely calm in the night, perfect to sit and enjoy the stars in the sky. Even stray cats I would put as a plus - they are not at all aggressive and our kids gave them names and played with them a lot. The villa is 5 min drive from main Pissouri beach with restaurants. Thank you, Vrionis, we would love to come again. The only thing we were not prepared for were ants: it is a country-side villa, so it is normal that ants try to find their ways searching for food. Food should be placed into containers or to the fridge. Anti-ants powder is provided.
