Guest Reviews
- Meagan (9/5): Superb - Great location, walking distance to all Glenelg has to offer. Great value for money, 3 bedrooms and all the modern conveniences you’d expect in a home. All TV’s were mounted extremely high which was a little strange and not very comfortable when watching.
- Antonia (8/5): We will be back - Great location and accommodation was great.
- Simon (8/5): Very good -
- Mitchell (10/5): Great place to stay. Close to town and plenty of space. Highly recommend - Great space and met all our needs. The outdoor storage area was great. Very handy location close to jetty road Nothing- it was amazing
- Cheesman (8/5): Very good - Location, size and comfort. Needed a toilet outside bathroom or second bathroom being a three bedroom property
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Roberta (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (9/5): Nice house, plenty of space and well equipped - Great location especially if you want to be near the city but not in it. The walk along the seafront to Brighton and beyond is wonderful.
Very clean, lots of cooking equipment and amenities. Barking dog next door was very annoying although not something the property owner can control.
Some toiletries would be expected even if only small soap for shower.
- Jeanette (10/5): Exceptional - loved the location
A nice comfortable home with everything you need nothing
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josephine (10/5): A most enjoyable time together Went out a lot but when in the house most relaxing - Close to Glenelg beach- away from busy roads Easy access to Tram that goes into city Excellent central heating Visitors able to park easily Excellent facilities inside and outdoor furniture for back yard
Only negative was not being able to activate stove top ( unclear instructions-told to turn on a switch above the stove that was actually at the end of the bench near the toaster and labelled HOB instead of Stove top) We managed with oven and microwave Five people sharing the house but only one toilet which was in the one bathroom - ok if you are family and can tell each other to hurry up
- Rheanna (8/5): Great place to stay but don’t like paying $200 deposit on top of price for house to have my dog at a pet friendly place - Nice property with lots of room. I didn’t like that it is advertised as pet friendly and then you pay decent money each night and still have to pay a $200 deposit to have your animal stay. The nightly charge should include pet fees
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zoe (9/5): A wonderful house that is well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday whilst being in an exceptional loc - It was very clean, well equipped and in a wonderful location The beds were uncomfortable
- Polly (10/5): Great Place Great Location - Nice people made sure we were ok, very helpful, lots of products to use and more. Nothing
- Catherine (10/5): Lovely, comfortable stay - The property is spacious and well equipped. There’s no parking on the property but that’s not an issue as the road has plenty of space and we were able to park right outside. It’s an easy walk to get to the tram for CBD, beach and shops. There’s a good choice of restaurants and bars at the marina and Glenelg. The host gave excellent instructions for getting into the property and responded very quickly to a couple of questions we had. If in the area again I would happily stay here again. The televisions are all mounted high on the walls which gave a bit of neck ache after a while. The mattresses are memory foam which aren’t my preferred choice.
- The (10/5): Amazing little 💎 - Looks small from the outside, but very spacious, accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. Our stay wasn't long enough
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Hart (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, beautiful decor, the owners super helpful and nice. We couldn’t get the TV to work (user error) the coffee pods didn’t fit in the machine.
- Craig (8/5): bottle of wine and a nuts platter on arrival is a nice touch - Nothing
- Jingxi (9/5): Superb -
- Edward (10/5): Very comfortable, delightful host. Would definitely return. - Spacious and well-apppointed
- Melanie (9/5): Superb - Well located with excellent facilities everything you could need was provided.
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meliah (8/5): Great location, beautiful decor, spacious rooms, very relaxing enjoyable stay. Thank you - Location, comfy beds, was well stocked (tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, kitchen facilities etc), good quality towels and bedlinen.
Pin entry meant we didn’t need to worry about who had a key etc. - would have benefited from instructions for heater (we couldn’t get it working)
- a face washer for the bathroom would have been nice
- blind in either the lounge room or front sun room would have made the kids feel safer at night. (They were worried someone might of been looking in at them.
- blind in west side sun room didn’t quite cover all the window.
- Melinda (9/5): Great location, easy access with door codes and no keys to worry about. Felt very comfortable here. - Loved being able to get in and out with just a code. Made it so easy for the other adults also. Loved that the yard was enclosed so didn't have to worry about losing kids.
- Kim (9/5): Superb -
- Holly (10/5): Exceptional - It is a very cleaning and peaceful property. My family like it a lot. We enjoyed it a lot, too. It got everything we need for coffee, cooking, washing, laundry ..... I would like to recommend it to everyone who asks for a holiday house rental. Nothing I don't like. It is a perfect holiday house!!
- Sharma (9/5): Superb -
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Wonderful location TV in the lounge room too high on the wall
- Barb (9/5): Enjoyable stay in Glenelg North in a great location. - Very nice clean property with plenty of room to move. It is in a great location close to restaurants on the Glenelg Pier and Jetty Road. Heating and cooling is ducted. Modern decor with classy upgrades. The property has NO on-site parking. The house caters for 6 people but only has 1 small bathroom.
The modem needed to be reset often to access the internet.
- Dimutu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pauline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Qi (9/5): Superb - comfort, convenience, very nice place.
- Raelene (10/5): Comfy & Cosy - Fabulous place.. clean comfortable secure!!
All modern conveniences, very comfy bed, wonderful hot shower.
Spacious and cosy.. for our group of 6 adults.
Nothing to fault or criticize .. highly recommend
So close to Adelaide airport an extra bonus.
Quiet location yet close enough to JettySt precinct.
Communication with host, Sian answered promptly all enquiries and access information clear No negatives
- Sharon (10/5): Great place for Glenelg stay - The house was very well equipped. Lots of space. Close to the beach and easy access to the city and other sights. Would highly recommend An additional/separate toilet would have been useful but we managed with 4 of us
- Traveller (9/5): The cleanliness was a blessing for guests and a credit to the owners. - It was a quiet location with no annoying traffic :) The house had the right mix of community space and separation for 3 adults. The outside laundry room helped manage noisey washing after trips to the beach! The Feb weather was changable from daily 19 to 33 centigrade over the week. For sleeping this required a summer quilt with a blanket option and instead the quilt in the double room next to the bathroom was a winter one with a blanket option. This made it too hot for the usual 20-40 centigrade of summer. I think this is easily fixed.
- Penno (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Absolutely loved it. - The house was very clean and modern, with everything imaginable available. The bed mattresses were uncomfortable.
- Justin (9/5): clean and in a great location - the property was clean and in a great location walking distance to everything. the property had everything we needed
- Lara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janene (8/5): Very good -
- Di (10/5): Exceptional -
- Minsoo (10/5): great family trip in a superb location. - location was great near the marina, facilities were very clean and modern and very spacious for the family. the memory foam bed was a little uncomfortable for me, however I guess some people don’t mind.
- John (9/5): Very convenient, easy stroll to the tram, beach, shops - Location is excellent.
Everything was comfortable. Another toilet would be good.
- Trinh (9/5): Superb -
- Travis (9/5): Nice property reasonably priced in a good location. Would stay again. - Location was good, close to everything, walking distance to beach, shops and cafe/restaurants.
