• Sandra (10/5): Gorgeous home to relax in and enjoy Ballarat and surrounds - It was a gorgeous heritage house. Everything had been thought of, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils felt like home. Bathrooms were beautiful and practical, lovely linen and towels. Really relaxed environment and so quiet but still really convenient. We will definitely be back to stay longer. Nothing at all, it felt perfect

• Sally (10/5): The most beautiful house. - This property is absolutely beautiful. It would have to be my favorite airbnb stay yet. It is spacious, clean, homely and warm. The living area was sun filled with floor to ceiling height windows. Beds were super comfy and bed large. The location was fabulous and parking was no issues. Would highly recommend to all. All the basic necessities and some consumables were also available which were handy for the short time we were there for. Nothing!

Amazing size, very spacious, comfy beds, Extra large bathrooms. Fabulous back kitchen, dining, lounge area, large windows that the sun floods in. There is not a thing missing in this kitchen. OMG the tea assortment is amazing and the stocked pantry was an added bonus. Also some provisions in the fridge showed how awesome theses hosts are. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Great central location to shops, hospital and lots of fab eateries. Perfect for a family. Stunning old house but meticulously renovated. Felt very safe and secure. so many extras in this house that you would think it was your very own home. 10/10 to the owners and housekeepers Not that we didn't like anything but a NEW spare heater would be a great addition to the house. We stayed when the weather was on 11 degree and being an older home did take quite a bit to heat. We stated 2 nights and the place was warm after that period of time. I didn't like that we had to leave!!!

It is in an ideal location (quiet side street) right on the edge of the city. It has all the amenities you could possibly want. The backyard had a gate which could be locked thus providing safe storage for our bicycles. Nothing

It is very well situated and easy walking distance from a lot shops. The separate bathrooms were very large and well stocked with everything you need. • Ji (10/5): A beautiful house straight out of a storybook! - It is a huge beautiful house, filled with rustic charm. The house is not only spacious and comfortable but beautifully decorated too. Love that there is a fireplace in every single room. The charming rooms make me feel like I've walked into a mansion in a fairytale. My whole family love it here. I would say it is the most beautiful air bnb that we have stayed thus far. The previous occupants did not clean the plates and cutlery well. There were stains on almost every plate and we had a tough time scrubbing them off. Plus there were numerous scratchmarks on the pans so you might want to get your own frying pan. We did! Despite all these, we still loved it here and would definitely book again if we come back to Ballarat.

The cupboard doors in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty, they just need a wipe. Would be great if you could provide an assortment of tupperware boxes for packed lunches.

Lovely linen provided and little extras like items in the fridge & pantry. Unable to park our vehicle in the back area as its a very small space. Parking out front on the street requires you to move the vehicle 2 hourly during the day.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. It’s in an excellent location. They went above and beyond by having a well stocked panty with the basics, plus milk in the fridge and a coffee machine. Excellent communication from the owner. If we come back to Ballarat we will absolutely stay here!
