Guest Reviews
- Kueifen (8/5): Excellent - Clean and convenient I have to reconnect wifi every early morning
- elena (9/5): Very comfortable and we had a great time - The apartment was a good size with 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. It was well located, plenty of bars restaurants an shops in walking distance It was a shame the pool was closed (though we did know this at booking). Paying for parking.
- aoife (10/5): - Space N/a

- Linda (10/5): Comfort in a great location - The apartment was in a great location. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities in the apartment and of the lodge itself were great. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The only negative and it is minor is that there was not a frypan in the kitchen
- Lisa (8/5): -
- Emily (7/5): - Good location Strange layout in the apartment
- Serena (10/5): -
- Anne (8/5): Overall i recommend, you gave a few areas regarding staff thst need addressing. - Great location, lovely apartment The staff was less than helpful overall. The front desk staff could have been a little more helpful. I had to listen to disgusting music, the f bomb and the n word, being played in the lift by one of the cleaner’s. The body odor of one of the maintenance workers was overwhelming in our corridor.
- Donna (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (9/5): Superb -
- Tina (7/5): Unit was well located within the Whistler Village, and suitable for four adults. - Location was very central in village making it easy to walk everywhere. Facilities for cooking and fridge were welcome. The air conditioning was only effective in the main bedroom, the rest of the unit was stifling hot. I did request a fan after the first night which was delivered promptly. There was no mention of needing to pay for the laundry - I had no cash.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (8/5): Lovely front office staff. - Confort and location Jack hammering construction noise
- Karl (8/5): A good-sized, modern, clean and well-equipped apartment in the heart of Whistler - with great views! - A lovely modern apartment with a good-sized sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was well-equipped and had lovely views over the surrounding mountains. One of the bedrooms and the sitting room have small balconies. Like most decent places in the centre of Whistler, quite expensive
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (6/5): Nice stay in the village - The location was very central to the ski resort. Maybe an 8 min walk to the lift or can take the free bus from just near the hotel. Our room faced the street and was very loud. Drunks walking down the street at all hours screaming and yelling. The parking is very narrow with a larger SUV.
- Piotr (8/5): Very good -
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joann (5/5): Passable - Comfortable for a family and in a central location. Lack of air conditioning (single unit in main bedroom only which was extremely loud). Laundry facilities not in apartment as advertised, communal facilities only.
- Karin (5/5): Won’t be going back - Location Parking was ridiculous, tiny spots, others not caring how they parked, received dings from other cars
- Joanne (9/5): Great two bedroom in the village - We enjoyed the location - a short walk to everything in the village Everything was great
- Kay (9/5): Great place - clean lovely unit
- Lily (8/5): Nice cozy stay with family or friends! - Good location, walking distances to all shop & restaurants even zipline!
- Sarah (8/5): We enjoyed staying at Alpenglow. Well located and close to gondola shuttles - Good location Nothing
- Anne (9/5): Superb - Great location, comfortable spacious room, helpful staff Nothing!
- Kaz (8/5): Overall, this property was great. Close to everything. I would recommend staying here. - The apartment was exactly as described. It was in a great location and close to everything we needed. The gondolas and chairlifts were about a 10 min walk through the village in ski boots. The apartment was self-contained so we could cook when we needed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Reception was also open late which was great. We stayed 7 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were quite small, and we struggled to fit our luggage into the rooms with the beds. It was a tight fit for a family of 5, but we made it work.
- Nair (8/5): Overall we liked the place. - Location was very good. Down one small restaurant was there for good breakfast.
Walking distance to attractions Only one Bedroom have Air Conditioner. Day time felt little hot.
- Caterson (4/5): Would not recommend. There are many, many other nicer places to stay in the area. - The only thing good about this property is the location. The room was strangely configured- as though they made a 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom? The rooms were so small you couldn't even open your suitcase in any part of the rooms. It was also about 110 degrees inside the unit. They could not offer any fans or do anything for us. The master bed had a literal huge divot in the mattress that you kept falling into. If you tried to stay out of the big hole, you were lying on springs and coils
They did however replace the mattress when I told them. The shower door didn't shut so water got everywhere. Very weird.
- Natalia (8/5): Not a bad option. - Good location, beautiful view from the window, very nice staff. A good grocery store is very close. Already old furniture, ancient electrical appliances, including a coffee machine (tasteless coffee).
Blankets wrapped in 2 sheets- very strange.
- Gur (7/5): Good -
- Caroline (10/5): Beautiful place - Great location, great size for family. Had everything you needed
- Shales (10/5): Highly recommend. Loved the location - Great location. Helpful, friendly staff. All the key codes for the building takes some getting used to. Pay parking, it should be included. Little confusing how to get your parking ticket-I didn’t find it well marked
- Zoe (8/5): amazing time in Whistler!! we’ll be back - location, comfort, views, cosy, functional kitchen have to pay for laundry, shower in ensuite was stuff to turn on, might need blackout curtains in the summer as the shutters let a lot of light in still
- Eliza (9/5): great for families- super staff- lovely rooms - the staff- the facilities - the location - the twin room the one and only lift
- Grant (6/5): Very expensive for the shape the aprtment is in. - The location was good. Room was a bit run down though. Bed was sloping to one side and the sofa was pretty musch destroyed. It is definitely a well used room.
