• Michelle (3/5): Disappointing, no sheets or towels and no attempt to fix this. Otherwise fine. - Kitchen and dining nice for a group our size. Fenced so good for our dogs. No sheets on any of the beds and no shower towels, and this isn’t mentioned in the listing. Good contact with Michelle up until I messaged about this problem, and then no contact whatsoever. We ended up having to buy our own sheets at Kmart in Batemans Bay. <<< Note for anyone considering staying here. Back lawn knee high, so the space was unusable. Disappointing because otherwise the property would have been fine to stay at.
• Dowling (7/5): Good - The location was good for family christmas up the road. The kitchen and bathrooms are in good condition. View pleasent Lounges are not comfortable, beds a bit hard . Beep from the fire alarm last night. House is not very assessable. Single drive that is very steep. We stayed and slept, but not a house i could chill at . I feel i should have just got 2 hotel rooms for 3 nights, and i would have got better value.

• Leanne (8/5): Very enjoyable. - Clean and very tidy. Communication with the trustee was very good. Close to Batehaven shops- easy 5 min walk. Fun playground opposite the shop fronts on Beach road. Nice flat walk into town from Batehaven if you enjoy walking. Some difficulties getting in and out of cars on the steep driveway due to concrete along the driver's side.
