Communication was excellent and the key drop off and pickup was super easy. Very clean and tidy. Enough car spaces for two vehicles and a great Thai place down the road. The bed was a little firm for me, and I could have used a thicker doona for winter but there was a spare blanket in the cupboard.

• Sue Morn Pen (3/5): Don;t waste your time or money - N/A Unit was not clean, staff were not helpful with regard to getting the door code. TV did not work. Bed linen and towels were old and of poor quality. Rusty old clothes airer. Overall, very disappointing. Will not stay at any of their properties again. I have written to them directly but they haven't bothered to address my email or my concerns.
• Brad (2/5): didn't feel welcome - location was great. The unit was clean. DVD player didn't work. No wifi. no spare toilet paper. Signs posted all over the unit stating rules gives a very unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe.

• Bianca (8/5): A welcome break by the beach. - The villa was a good size and comfortable for a family. Comfortable bedding. Location was excellent. Easy walk to the foreshore and into town. Its price was good, very fair due to its condition. Its decor is very tired and dated. There were a few broken/worn fixtures like sink taps, sink drains, shower screens, kitchen cupboards etc. Was acceptably clean but because its fixtures and decor are old and dated it made it feel less clean.

• Danielle (9/5): End of school holidays family escape - We enjoyed the really great location, easy to find/use directions. The unit was freshly cleaned & had clean bedding. Very clear instructions & rules for the units. We had taken our bikes & fishing gear that could be stored safely & securely in the backyard. Parking was also provided & very adequate for our large 4WD. Overall the unit was great, yet some of the kitchen equipment was either mismatched or blunt. But that was all easily handled. Lastly the shower was a little short & tight on room, but the endless hot water was very welcoming after beach fishing

• Cherie (9/5): Girls weekend away - Great value for money, close to town supermarkets, shops, cafes and bars Would have liked a smaller baling dish and some oven trays. Sweeping the floors is great but they could do with a good wash when walking in socks or bare feet they become dirty fast.
• Teo (1/5): Disappointed. - We like the location. Bedroom no heater. Kitchen cutleries are dirty and messy. Kettle is super dirty, therefore we can't boil water. Internal is old, include toilet. Online indicated ensuite toilets, but to our disappointment only 1 toilet share among many of us.

• Jennifer (9/5): Of all the places we stayed on our WA holiday, this was my favourite! Would definitely come back again. - Loved the space! Felt I had room to breath. Loved the holiday touches eg jigsaw on the table, tourist brochures etc for local businesses. Full sized fridge was wonderful! Great location, close to town without feeling harassed. Got excited to see a dvd player and a range of movies but when we went to use it discovered that the dvd player was jammed and wouldn’t open. One of the blinds in the bedroom wouldn’t close. Property was on Gale st and it certainly lived up to the name! There was a constant howl from the wind. Didn’t bother me personally but one of the other travellers with me said it kept them awake.
• Kerr (8/5): - Close to town. Easy location to find. Overall pretty good. Bed a little small could be bigger as felt like no room with 2 sleeping in main bed. Possums running amok from 2am /3am every morning not helpful when trying to sleep.

• Alyce (6/5): Spacious accommodation, ideally situated for all Busselton attractions and the beach - The location was ideal with the beach at the end of the road and the main street two blocks away with supermarkets and restaurants in easy reach. The chalet was an ideal base for us to explore Busselton , Margaret River, all the Caves and Augusta and Leeuwin Were were advised to change chalet from 4 to 1 a couple of days before arrival due to some maintenance required on 4, which was odd because a family moved into chalet 4 the next day? Chalet 1 was very spacious and well equipped bur the decor needed attention in several places: peeling wallpaper, broken light fittings, holes in the wall and cobwebs. We were out most days so it didn't bother us too much but lost points!

Overall pretty cozy place and good for family. The state of the apartment is pretty old and require revamp especially for the bathroom. Cleanliness of the apartment needs to be improved as the floor and bathroom don't seem very cleaned as there are sand and dirt around.

Fortunately the responsiveness of the caretaker assisted us in sorting out a booking issue. The caretaker wasn't aware of our booking so our arrival was a surprise. We provided the confirmation number before being supplied the lock box code and gaining access. The temporary stress was unnerving at a time when we didn't need any more.

The only small problem was that the information suggested there was an additional toilet, which was not the case, (1 toilet and 1 bathroom) . This was a slight problem at times as there were 4 adults in our group.

Floors in all 3 units were very dirty and required mopping by guests on the first night and the kitchen bench in unit 2 still had sticky coffee rings on it.
