Jo (5/5): Overpriced and disappointed - The view It’s definitely over priced and goes not include linen! Key pick up if from a realestate office - inconvenient The couches and rug are grubby. The floors were not cleaned dead cockroaches in most rooms. Pool is ok Definitely need ceiling fans in the living area. Was really disappointed
Kev (6/5): Quirky positives and negatives - ** Beware - non-refundable but no linen provided (not clear until after booking complete). Good - Location. Price. View. Property size. Shower pressure and temperature. Needs work - Facilities old, cluttered, mismatched, grubby, lots of things are haphazard. E.g. Can't open the washing machine lid completely due to dryer hang. Outside clothesline broken, inside clothes airing rack broken, pots and pans in poor repair. Just all adds up to a less pleasant experience.
Poutapu (8/5): Beautiful place just a few let downs but overall lived our stay. - Location Lots of creepy crawlies and bugs. They even crawl on the bed when sleeping eeek gave me a fright!! No condiments like salt n pepper etc
Leanne634 (8/5): Had a great time and the accommodation was central for access to everything. - So close to Kings beach and easy walk to Bulcock beach and the shops on Bulcock Street. Great outdoor patio. Bottom of cupboards were chipped and outside near door and elevator paint was peeling, but otherwise good condition and clean.
