• Suzan (7/5): Good location - The unit was within walking distance of the Caloundra shopping centre and the closest beach with its two coffee shops. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. There was sufficient crockery, cutlery, cooking and serving utensils to enable us to cook meals in the unit. Water pressure in the showers was excellent. Having a separate laundry was very useful. The unit could have been cleaner and the overall feeling is that it is in need of a refresh. We stayed for a week but there was no washing up liquid at all and no extra garbage bags. The single beds were extremely uncomfortable.

• Kate (10/5): Beautiful sea views and lovely walks! - We absolutely loved the sea view and fantastic location, in perfect walking distance to Kings Beach and Bulcock Beach, as well as the main street. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms and comfortable size of the unit. Thanks for having us! Nothing!

• Chantal (8/5): A beach apartment with an old-fashion charm in a very nice place ! - The apartment is spacious, bright. It is "crossing" : sunrise in the living room and sunset in one of the bedroom. A beautiful view on the ocean, in spite of close building in renovation, but at the right of our balcony. The furniture are comfortable, the amenities are complete. (sorry for my bad english; I'm a french client) -the double bed in the children bedroom, has a bad mattress which is no more flat. -I didn't note by booking that this apartment was on the third floor... without lift. It was very difficult for me to carry the luggage or the shopping baskets ! Please, mentioned it in the future ?

Very steep hills make the journey home a little bit tough Kitchen needs a major clean out of unnecessary utensils and a thorough clean and repositioning. We really would have appreciated air conditioning too.

• Edwin (9/5): We will definitely be back - The view from the property was superb, especially loved the sound of the waves crashing at night Only thing I could really fault was the lack of exhaust fans in the bathrooms, just to remove the moisture in the air quicker. Hardly a deal breaker at all

Was given to understand it was actually on the beach but isn’t. Just overlooks a small sea view from behind another building. Also understood no pets on premises. Several occupants had yappy dogs.

• Rabbiah (4/5): Mouldy! But great location. - Location is excellent. Mouldy windows and window covers everywhere. Missing curtain panel in main bedroom. Hot water system inadequate. Pool gate/fence loose enough to push through without a key. Blood stains on one of the doona covers!!!
• Kristy (8/5): Very good - Location. Queen bed comfortable. Views. Bathrooms really need updating. Don't like that the doona covers and pillowcases on doona set don't seem to be clean, only the bag of linen you get to set the beds up yourself. Either strip it all so guests know they're fresh or leave a note on the linen note given that ALL linen is cleaned for each guest. Not sure why there's a big printer/photocopier in the room.

• Scott (9/5): would recommend this property to young families or people who want to walk to everything and not need too much transport - the view was amazing, very comfortable bed,everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and through out the whole unit except for linen, you hire that separate or take your own but for the weekly fee it still works out very reasonable. very close to beach, shops and markets. unfortunately I have hip and back problems and the stairs were a bit much by the end of our stay.
